According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the population of Hispanics in America has reached 50 million. See reference 1 for details.

Unfortunately, a large percentage of the growth in this demographic can be attributed to the illegal invasion of America from south of our borders.

For example, the goverment estimates that 12 million illegal aliens reside here, the overwhelming majority of whom are Hispanic. 12 million is a low ball estimate, but even so it would mean that 25% of the Hispanic population has no legal right to be here.

Leftists like Janet Napolitano prefer to call invaders “Newly Arrived Refugees,” rather than the more accurate illegal aliens.

Napolitano's double talk is simply another feeble attempt by liberals to cover up the devastating impact that illegals have on America’s homeland security, economy, education, and culture.

Napolitano is also fond of stating that the U.S.-Mexico border is secure!

However, the presence of 50 million Hispanics is living proof that the borders are anything but secure.

The fact that America spends $110 billion a year to deal with illegal aliens is further evidence that the “surge” of illegal aliens is a disaster for our great nation.

Responsible politicians must take actions, including military, to secure our borders and deport the 12-20 million illegal aliens living off the backs of American taxpayers.

Upon learning that 12 twelve million illegal aliens have invaded our nation and are still occuping American soil, most Americans become alarmed and angry. What will the People think and do when they learn that the problem may actually be more than three times greater than the government admits?

A group called Californians for Population Stabilization has issued a report, which concludes that as many as 38 million illegal aliens are occupying America.

Rather than the twelve million reported by illegal alien friendly morons in the Bush administration and U.S. Congress.

Think about it. America is supposed to operate in accordance with the rule of law.

Yet 38 million people have been able to successfully cross our borders illegally? Each and every one of whom must be regarded as a potential terrorist since we know nothing about any of them?

All of this when our commander-in-chief insists that the nation is at war?

And our government refuses to enforce existing laws by deporting illegal aliens, and in fact, would like to grant each and every one amnesty!

Clearly, governance of America has fallen into the hands of brain dead elitists who do not give a damn about U.S. sovereignty, the rule of law, our Constitution, or preservation of American language and culture.

Those are the same political nit wits anxious to pass an amnesty plan that would reward 38 million criminals with the most prized possession on the planet: U.S. Citizenship.

Fact: If illegal aliens were a separate state, it would be the most populous state in the union!

Does it make any sense for America to sponsor a subculture comprised of 38 million third-world peasants, most of whom are uneducated, unskilled and non-English speaking?

A subculture that costs taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars each year for public services?

A subculture where many actually believe that Mexico still holds claim to the southwest United States, and that “gringos” should be forced out?

A subculture where the Mexican flag is more esteemed that Old Glory?

Consider how our illegal alien population compares with the population of some foreign nations*:

Australia:
20 million

North Korea:

Can America afford to take in human poverty nearly twice the population of Australia? Or nine times the population of Ireland?

More than the entire population of Canada?

And if we did something so foolish, how long before another 40 million illegal aliens would invade?

We the People must demand that our elected officials secure the borders immediately, with armed force if need be, and deport every last illegal alien as soon as possible.

Economic Meltdown: "Great Opportunity" to Fix Illegal Alien Crisis?

In their rush to dole out a trillion dollars to fund liberal pet projects in the name of stimulating the battered economy, the Democrat-controlled Congress and President Obama failed to address a major domestic crisis that threatens America's homeland security, social order, and cultural heritage, and which costs taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars each year.

The issue is the unchecked invasion of our sovereign land by scores of millions of illegal aliens, mostly from the failed state of Mexico.

Ironically, many of the concerns voiced by liberals could be mitigated, at least partially, by aggressively working to solve the illegal aliens mess.

Concerned about education and overcrowded class rooms?

Removing 12-38 million invaders would reduce class sizes dramatically, and improve the quality of instruction by weeding out illegals unable to keep up because of language and cultural barriers.

Concerned about overcrowded prisons and jails and the need to spend hundreds of billions to erect even more?

Approximately 30 percent of all inmates are illegal aliens, people who should not even be here to begin with.

Concerned about run away health care costs and the tens of millions whom are uninsured?

A disproportionate percentage of illegal aliens are uninsured and do not otherwise pay for their heath care, although they somehow manage to send approximately $30 billion a year back to Mexico. Medical services not paid for by illegals are dumped on the backs of Americans who belong here.

Concerned about violent crime, drugs, gangs and the general deterioration of the rule of law?

In addition to the crime of being in America unlawfully, illegal aliens exacerbate crime in this nation.

Concerned about the loss of jobs and reduced standard of living for working Americans?

Illegal aliens undercut American citizens by working for lower wages and without benefits. In effect, they steal jobs from real Americans.

President Obama has encouraged Americans to see that the horrendous economic meltdown also includes a "great opportunity" for the future.

Perhaps the president and his colleagues in the Democrat party should set the example by taking advantage of this unique opportunity to end, and reverse, illegal immigration, a crisis that plagues the nation's economic, social, cultural, and educational systems?

For instance, unemployed American citizens should be used to complete the border fence between America and Mexico, and be trained to work with law enforcement authorities to ferret out illegals for deportation.

That would put needy Americans to work on a rule of law issue vital to our sovereignty and homeland security, and would make jobs held by illegal aliens available to citizens.

With Democrats committed to spending trillions of dollars of taxpayer money to revive the economy, why not fix the illegal alien mess, once and for all, by building a viable border fence and by sending those who have no business being here back to their nations of origin?

Scooter Libby Could Have Gotten a MUCH Better Deal!

Juicy details emerging from the final days of Bush-43 include the disclosure that Vice President Dick Cheney waged a full-court press in an attempt to secure a complete pardon for his former chief of staff, Scooter Libby.

The VP apparently became infuriated when President Bush refused to budge on the issue and vacated the Oval Office with Scooter's felony conviction still intact.

As reported in the February 17 on-line edition of the New York Daily News, in part:

"Sources close to Cheney told the Daily News the former vice president repeatedly pressed Bush to pardon Libby, arguing his ex-chief of staff and longtime alter ego deserved a full exoneration - even though Bush had already kept Libby out of jail by commuting his 30-month prison sentence.

He tried to make it happen right up until the very end," one Cheney associate said."

Therefore, although Bush kept Scooter from serving time in prison by commuting his jail sentence in 2007, Libby remains blemished by a felony conviction, a $250,000 fine, and a two-year probation period.

Most distressing, of course, is the felony conviction.

That means that, in order to vote, Scooter will have to register as a Democrat, America's "big tent" party for the deceased, those here illegally, and felons.

ACORN volunteers and DNC leaders call it "inclusive politics," however; honest federal and state authorities classify it as voter fraud.

Raising $250,000 should be relatively easy.

All Libby needs to do is contact a liberal publisher and mention that he would like to write a tell all expose about Dick Cheney from an "insider's" perspective.

You know, dirty little secrets about Cheney's wonky heart (he does not actually have one!). The truth about shooting that lawyer in Texas (it was NOT an accident!).

How W. wanted Cheney's daughter Mary to abort her pregnancy until the president learned that the father was an illegal alien from Mexico who needed an "anchor baby" to avoid deportation.

On and on.

Make the manuscript crude enough, Scooter, and you could be on the New York Times Best Seller List before spring.

In reality, Scooter Libby could have avoided prison and made a small fortune had he played his cards differently.

Indeed, Scooter would be living the good life these days if he had only done the following:

Immediately following his conviction, Scooter should have changed his name to Jose` Libbernandez and assumed a Spanish accent.

A fake ID, including Social Security number and drivers license, were available for purchase directly from Ted Kennedy out of his office on Capitol Hill.

Next, Scooter should have scurried down to Mexico and secured a respectable amount of marijuana, cocaine, and heroine, and then scampered across the border into the U.S. at a location where one is most likely to be spotted by Border Patrol agents.

When spotted by Border Patrol, Scooter should have made a U-turn and started running back towards Mexico.

At that point, because they are racist pigs, the Border Patrol would have chased Scooter and most probably shot him in the butt.

Scooter's best bet at this point would have been: Do not panic--Your ship has finally come in!

After the Border Patrol had arrested Scooter, AKA Jose` Libbernandez, he would have been allowed one call.

Using this call wisely, Scooter would contact the nearest ACLU office, and told them he was an illegal alien from Mexico, shot in the ass by the Border Patrol on the American side of the border.

To assure immediate action by the ACLU, Scooter would mention that he had been shot while smuggling illegal drugs into the U.S.

Within 10 minutes or sooner, an ACLU lawyer would arrive at Scooter's cell and would have immediately started working on his behalf by text messaging Homeland Security guru Michael Chertoff to inform him of Scooter's awful plight.

Before Scooter was actually booked, the Chertoff goons, in concert with the ACLU, would have bailed him out and arrested all of the offending Border Patrol agents to take his place.

Scooter would then receive immunity from all crimes in exchange for his testimony against the criminals, those punks who until two hours ago were Border Patrol agents.

Early next morning, Scooter's ACLU lawyers would visit him in his executive suite at the finest hotel in town, to have him sign documents needed to sue the former Border Patrol agents, the U.S. government, and all conservative radio talk show hosts and right wing columnists.

Provided the ACLU was able to find the right leftist judge and a rigged jury, Scooter could look forward to receiving a five million-dollar judgment for his travails.

Which is nearly what one might have hauled in by selling all those drugs!

What's that, Scooter? You fear you would have been arrested by American authorities and prosecuted?

Chill out, dude!

Remember, you were Jose` Libbernandez, a good hearted, hard working, illiterate peasant who just came here to do work that Americans will not do!

You would have been part of a protected class; a man to who rule of law did not apply.

Gangs Drive Off Cops, Terrorize Mexican Town

Reading the headline, "Gangs Drive Off Cops, Terrorize Mexican Town," could easily cause one to assume that the town in question was Los Angeles, California.

The mistake would be understandable because Los Angeles is under the mayor ship of Antonio Villaraigosa, himself a Mexican national, who has converted a once world-class city into a safe haven for illegal aliens and other third world criminals.

In point of fact, however, the story is about carnage and violence in Villa Ahumada, a city in the nation of Mexico, where the "cactus-studded horizon" is the one thing that makes it distinguishable from Los Angeles.

As reported at Yahoo News, in part:

"VILLA AHUMADA, Mexico – For people caught inside Mexico's drug corridors, life is about keeping your head down and watching your back, especially when the sun dips behind the cactus-studded horizon.

No town knows this better than Villa Ahumada, where the entire police force quit after 70 cartel hit men roared through last spring, killing the police chief, two officers and three townspeople.

Residents were left defenseless again last week when gunmen returned and kidnapped nine people, despite the soldiers manning checkpoints far outside town.

"This was a mellow town where we would walk along main street at night. But now we're too scared to even go out," said Zaida de Santiago."

Another difference between Los Angeles and Villa Ahumada:

Being "a mellow town where people would walk along main street at night" might have been an appropriate description of Los Angeles 20 years ago, but not since the arrival of millions of illegal aliens and Antonio Villaraigosa.

President Obama and Janet Napolitano, Obama's dreadful mistake at Homeland Security, need to keep a watchful eye on events in Mexico so as to assure that Los Angeles is the only American city lost to the abyss of third-world Mexico.

Given the gravity of the situation in Mexico, Obama should also seriously consider a preemptive strike by the U.S. military to keep Mexico's tawdry mess from spilling over into the United States.

Mexican Government Admits What Many in U.S. Refuse to Accept: English-Proficiency Is Vital!

Far too many Hispanics in America have refused to learn English, preferring instead to retain their "cultural identify" by speaking and writing only Spanish.
As a result, American taxpayers have been forced (by irresponsible leftist bureaucrats) to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to print ballots, DMV instructions and tests, and other public information in Spanish.

Hispanics and misguided liberals make the insane argument that English is not necessary in order to be successful in America. President Obama even entered the fray by advising Americans to learn Spanish!

Notwithstanding our wrong minded president and Hispanics stuck in the 18th century, the case for English is being successfully made in Mexico.

"CIUDAD VICTORIA, Mexico — With its economy increasingly hitched to the United States, Mexico’s government has launched an ambitious plan to teach English to every schoolchild, even those in kindergarten.

Beginning next fall, 5,000 schools will begin a pilot project with federal textbooks and funds. And within just six years, federal officials hope to have all 12 million public elementary school students learning English.

“The ability to speak English in the 21st century is a must if we want to insert ourselves in the global economy, improve our standard of living or simply live as happier human beings,” said Fernando Gonzalez, the federal official in charge of public education through ninth grade."

How is it that Fernando Gonzalez of Mexico can see the obvious when our brilliant liberal president and millions of Hispanics are utterly clue less when it comes to this issue?

Headed to Mexico? Do Not Drink the Water or Eat the Pozole!

Pozole is the name of a very popular Mexican stew which includes a rich variety of meats, vegetables and seasonings.

However, hungry amigos in Mexico are thinking twice before ordering the spicy delicacy after it was disclosed that Santiago Meza López, known as “el Pozolero” in the Mexican news media, has confessed to dissolving the remains of 300 people in acid while working for a top drug trafficker.

In English, "el Pozolero" means "The Stew Maker."

As reported by Reuters (1), in part:

"OJO DE AGUA, Mexico, Jan 23 (Reuters) - A Mexican drug suspect has confessed to dissolving the bodies of 300 rivals with corrosive chemicals near the U.S. border, in a claim highlighting the brutality of Mexico`s drug war.

"Santiago Meza, known as "The Stew Maker," told journalists he did away with bodies in industrial drums on the outskirts of the violent city of Tijuana.

"More than 700 people died in Tijuana last year as rival gangs battled for control of the city`s lucrative drug trade. Many others are missing and believed dead after being abducted.

"The suspect, who was paraded before journalists by the army on Friday, said he was paid $600 a week by a breakaway faction of the Arellano Felix cartel to dispose of slain rivals with caustic soda, a highly corrosive substance.

"They brought me the bodies and I just got rid of them," Meza said at a construction site where he said he dissolved 300 corpses last year. "I didn`t feel anything."

"The bodies took 24 hours to dissolve but left some remains that were dumped in a nearby pit, Meza said.

Essential American Truths

After watching millions of illegal aliens and advocates protest in the streets of America in recent years, it is clear that many newcomers, including those here legally, need to understand the following essential American truths:

*In 1848, The Treaty of Guadeloupe Hidalgo was ratified by both the U.S. and Mexican Congresses. That Treaty ended any and all claims Mexico had to land now a part of the United States.

* Native American Indians were the original owners of the American southwest. Were there were any valid property rights claims concerning that land, such rights would belong to Native American Indians, not Mexicans.

*America is a sovereign nation, totally independent of Mexico. It has been that way for over 200 years. We intend to keep it that way.

*Brown may be beautiful in Mexico. But in America, we are partial to colors that symbolize freedom under the rule of law. That would be Red, White and Blue.

*In America, Mexico is considered a FOREIGN nation and Spanish is a FOREIGN language.

*America operates according to the rule of law which applies to everyone. This is true whether one is brown, black, yellow, lily-white, red, or an exotic hybrid of lavender and green.

*Being hard-working and good hearted is commendable. But those qualities do NOT entitle anyone to enter America illegally.

*Bilingualism is cool---provided one of the languages is English. Literacy in only Mexican and Spanish is not cool in America.

*Celebrating ones cultural heritage is perfectly fine--as long as it does not interfere with complete and prompt assimilation into American culture.

* Driving while loaded or drunk may be "macho" in Mexico. But in America, driving under the influence is considered stupid and criminal and is not tolerated, regardless of one's country of origin or cultural heritage.

* People here illegally are common criminals, and as such, are most unwelcome. American citizens will fight to have such miscreants deported, regardless of whether or not families are involved. Illegal is illegal, Family or not.

* Demanding that our borders be secured and that the law be enforced is the right of all American citizens; doing so does not make any one a racist or bigot.

*U.S. immigration laws exist to protect American citizens & others here legally, not to facilitate a foreigner’s pursuit of a better life, and

*Those who come to America must adjust to our culture and traditions. We have no obligation or desire to change in deference to foreign newcomers.

Illegal aliens: Take this list with you when you are deported back to Mexico, and share it with other Mexicans considering invading.

Your experience may cause them to reconsider, and that would be a good thing!

Dubya Finally Gets It on Ramos and Compean--Sort of!

It took George W. Bush more than two years to come (almost) to his senses concerning the brutal injustice heaped upon Border Patrol agents Igancio Ramos and Jose Compean.

As reported, in part, at Breitbart:

"In his final acts of clemency, President George W. Bush on Monday commuted the prison sentences of two former U.S. Border Patrol agents whose convictions for shooting a Mexican drug dealer ignited fierce debate about illegal immigration.
Bush's decision to commute the sentences of Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean, who tried to cover up the shooting, was welcomed by both Republican and Democratic members of Congress. They had long argued that the agents were merely doing their jobs, defending the American border against criminals. They also maintained that the more than 10-year prison sentences the pair was given were too harsh. "

Unfortunately, Dubya stopped short of doing the "right thing," which would have been to grant a full and complete pardon to Ramos and Compean, restitution for all pay lost because of trial and incarceration, and reinstatement of employment with the Border Patrol.

Ramos and Compean should have been released two years ago, Mr. Bush, with a letter of apology, and they should have been honored at a special ceremony in the White House Rose Garden.

However, to Dubya it would be too much to honor citizens who put their lives on the line to prevent American from being invaded by drug smuggling illegal aliens from Mexico.

Had Ramos and Compean been illegal aliens, Bush would have worked 24/7 for their release long ago!

Perhaps a message will still go out to illiterate peasant, in spite of our addled president.

That message should be:

Invading America is a serious crime that can cause you to be shot. If you do not want to be shot, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INVADE AMERICA!

It was bound to happen sooner or later what with so many American companies moving to Mexico: Illegal aliens originally from Mexico but squatting in America are invading their own homeland to claim those plum American jobs!

"MEXICO CITY—As dozens of major American corporations continue to move their manufacturing operations to Mexico, waves of job-seeking Mexican immigrants to the United States have begun making the deadly journey back across the border in search of better-paying Mexican-based American jobs.

"I came to this country seeking the job I sought when I first left this country," said Anuncio Reyes, 22, an undocumented worker who recrossed the U.S. border into Mexico last month, three years after leaving Mexico for the United States to work as an agricultural day laborer. "I spent everything I had to get back here. Yes, it was dangerous, and I miss my home. But as much as I love America, I have to go where the best American jobs are."

"Reyes now works as a spot-welder on the assembly line of a Maytag large-appliance plant and earns $22 a day, most of which he sends back to his family in the U.S., who in turn send a portion of that back to the original family they left in Mexico.

"Despite the considerable risk illegal immigrants face in returning across the border, many find the lure of large U.S. factory salaries hard to resist—at 15 percent of the pay of corresponding jobs in America, these positions pay three times what Mexican jobs do.

"Still, the danger is very real. When 31-year-old illegal Arizona resident Ignacio Jimenez sought employment at an American plant in Mexico, he was shot at by Mexican border guards as he attempted to illegally enter the country of his citizenship, pursued by U.S. immigration officials who thought he might be entering the country illegally, and fired upon again by a second group of U.S. Border Patrol agents charged with keeping valuable table-busing and food-delivery personnel inside American borders.

"It was a nightmare," Jimenez said. "Many became disoriented and panicked, and some were mixed in with immigrants going the other way across the Rio Grande and ended up swimming to the wrong country."

"He added: "My cousin almost drowned. They fished him out and sent him back to wash dishes at T.G.I. Friday's."

"Indeed, the trend of illegal re-emigration is causing great resentment among the local Mexican population, and tension between Mexicans and illegally re-entered Mexicans—dubbed repatriados—continues to build.

"I hate these Mexicans, always coming back here to Mexico from America and taking American jobs from the Mexicans who stayed in Mexico," said 55-year-old former Goodyear factory manager Juan-Miguel Diaz, who lost his job to a better-trained repatriado last March. "Why don't they go back to where they went to?"

"Still, Jimenez, Reyes, and hundreds of others say they have no choice.

"The American Dream is alive and well in Mexico," Reyes said. "If I work hard, save my money, and plan well, I will be able to send my children to a good school—and who knows? If they study hard, perhaps they will get jobs someday at the new plant General Motors is building in China."

At first blush, the question may seem superfluous, even silly . How, one might ask, can Mexico be placed in the same category as Pakistan, which is known to be unstable and an incubator for terrorists?

However, the two third world nations are about equal in terms of worse case scenarios according to U.S. Joint Forces Command on worldwide security threats.

This issue needs to be carefully considered by the Obama Administration and members of Congress because of the potential danger involved.

As reported in the El Paso times (reference 1), in part:

"Mexico is one of two countries that 'bear consideration for a rapid and sudden collapse,' according to a report by the U.S. Joint Forces Command on worldwide security threats.

"The command's 'Joint Operating Environment (JOE 2008)' report, which contains projections of global threats and potential next wars, puts Pakistan on the same level as Mexico.

"In terms of worse-case scenarios for the Joint Force and indeed the world, two large and important states bear consideration for a rapid and sudden collapse: Pakistan and Mexico.

"In the foreword, Marine Gen. J.N. Mattis, the USJFC commander, said 'Predictions about the future are always risky ... Regardless, if we do not try to forecast the future, there is no doubt that we will be caught off guard as we strive to protect this experiment in democracy that we call America.'

"The report is one in a series focusing on Mexico's internal security problems, mostly stemming from drug violence and drug corruption. In recent weeks, the Department of Homeland Security and former U.S. drug czar Barry McCaffrey issued similar alerts about Mexico.

Still, perhaps we can make a deal with the goofy Calderon. When he meets with the Mexican president next week, Obama should make the following offer:

Troops Needed at Border With Mexico--NOW!

As Mexico's "war on drugs" decays further and further into a violent civil war, the United States government is making plans to do what should have been done on the afternoon of September 11, 2001: Seal off the U.S.-Mexico border with military force.

As reported in the El Paso Times (1), in part:

"EL PASO -- If Mexico's vicious drug war ever spills into El Paso, the United States has several response plans, one of which calls for a military surge along the U.S.-Mexico border, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said this week.

"Chertoff has instructed the 22 federal agencies that fall under Homeland Security to develop border-violence response plans because the drug war in Mexico appears to be escalating, not ending. So far, more than 5,300 people have been killed across Mexico as rival drug cartels continue to fight over drug trafficking corridors.

"One drug corridor at the center of the violence is the Juárez "plaza," where more than 1,600 people were killed last year. In Mexico, "plaza" refers to a drug cartel's territory.

"We completed a contingency plan for border violence, so if we did get a significant spillover, we have a surge
-- if I may use that word -- capability to bring in not only our own assets but even to work with" the Defense Department, Chertoff told The New York Times.

"El Paso County Commissioner Dan Haggerty said the news that the U.S. has various levels of contingency plans to deal with the violence should be comforting to most El Pasoans.

"I think it is going to get worse in Mexico, and we as U.S. citizens need to be assured that Homeland Security or someone is going to protect us," he said. "We must accept that we live in a city that has been labeled as a major drug-smuggling corridor and a place for illegal immigration.

"With that type of illegal activity comes the possibility that our safety is at risk."

Although it is reassuring to know that contingency plans are in place, one wonders why the government is waiting for violence to spill over before acting?

Why not send troops to the border now to prevent any spill over and to stop additional third-world illegal aliens from invading America?

An Open Letter To Mexican President Felipe Calderon

Dear President Calderon:

As you are no doubt aware, America the Great is quickly becoming America the Gray. The so-called "boomer" generation, comprised of approximately 40 million Americans, will soon reach retirement age.

As they age, America's boomers yearn for a less frantic pace---and a lifestyle that allows one to pause and smell the roses now and again.

In other words, boomers are looking for the "Good Life" which is supposed to accrue to those who work 45 years, pay ungodly amounts in taxes, raise a family, put children through college, and baby-sit the grandchildren.

Unfortunately, the United States is no longer as hospitable as it once was to graying citizens, especially now that our economy has collapsed.

As a result, boomers have decided to move to your beloved Mexico.

Knowing that the Mexican government is a strong supporter of open borders and liberal immigration policies, as least with respect to migrations from Mexico to America, boomers anticipate that their needs and wishes will be fully accommodated with minimal interference and bureaucratic hassle.

In plain English, boomers expect to be treated like upscale Mexican citizens, with all the perks and advantages attendant thereto.

Incidentally, we prefer to be called "undocumented boomers."

President Calderon, I am delighted to announce that 40 million undocumented American boomers are headed to Mexico!

Viva America!

Current plans call for about 500,000 boomers to cross the border into Mexico each month.

As with any complex transition, there are several "ground rules" that must be followed in order to make this change seamless.

Accordingly, your attention is directed to the following action items:

* Mexican sovereignty, borders, and immigration laws are essentially null and void with respect to undocumented boomers. No attempt should be made to enforce said restrictions on good hearted, formerly hard working Americans.

* Undocumented boomers shall receive unlimited education, food, housing, legal assistance, and geriatric care on demand, the cost of which shall be borne solely by Mexican taxpayers.

* Mexican hospitals, medical clinics, and emergency rooms shall be obligated to meet the medical needs of all undocumented boomers, without regard to ability to pay.

This obligation shall not be limited or restricted in any way because of any real or projected negative impact on Mexico's medical systems, including the loss of vital services to Mexican citizens.

* Although undocumented boomers shall not be obligated to pay for medical services received, they shall be entitled to send $30-50 billion a year back to the United States with impunity. The Mexican government shall actively facilitate the transfer of such funds to America.

* English is the only language used by undocumented boomers; boomers have no desire or obligation to learn Spanish.

* America's historic free speech, free love, and anti-war revolutions originated with activists in the boomer generation.

In keeping with the boomer tradition of aggressive activism, from time to time it may be necessary for millions of boomers to take over the streets of Mexico's large cities in order to protest proposed new laws when the "rights" of undocumented boomers are in jeopardy.

During such protests, boomers will wave Old Glory and scream "Yes, we can!" and "We are Mexico!" in English, as they protest the rule of law.

All such activities are valid free speech expressions in a thriving Democracy. As a consequence, the Mexican government shall take no action to limit or impede protests by undocumented boomers.

* We Americans celebrate the 4th of July to commemorate our independence from Great Britain. Undocumented boomers prefer to conduct business as normal on May 5 and September 16, and to reserve the 4th of July for fireworks, BBQs, and displaying Red, White, and Blue everywhere.

* Undocumented boomers shall be licensed to drive without regard to immigration status. All driver instruction and testing materials shall be in English.

* Blood relatives of undocumented boomers shall be eligible for the same reduced tuition rates offered to Mexican students in the nation legally. Immersion for the purpose of teaching Spanish is a failed concept and shall not even be attempted.

* Undocumented boomers shall be eligible to vote in Mexican elections without any requirement to prove identity.

* Grandchildren of undocumented boomers born in Mexico shall be Mexican citizens by virtue of their birth, regardless of the immigration status of their parents and grand parents, and

* Undocumented boomers are very sensitive and are easily offended. Therefore, Mexicans shall refrain from using terms like "illegal alien," "Red Neck," "Cracker,"or "Gringo" when addressing or discussing boomers.

In closing, Mr. President, let me assure you that undocumented boomers will attempt to do for Mexico what 38 million Mexican illegal aliens are currently doing to America!

A Liberal Governor's Partial Epiphany on Illegal Aliens!

Washington State Governor Chris Gregoire is not likely to be mistaken for a right-wing ideologue anytime soon. She is, after all, the Democrat "leader" whom allowed an atheist rant to be placed next to a Nativity scene in Olympia, Washington just before Christmas. (1)

Gregoire's godless, goofy and gutless cave-in to political correctness denied good and honorable people the right to "unfettered" speech, which, although not specifically mandated by the U.S. Constitution, should be, and will be, once we regain power.

However, notwithstanding Governor Gregoire's mental deficit, a malady that afflicts all who practice liberalism for more than 15 consecutive months without a break, the grand old gal experienced somewhat of an Epiphany when it comes to the care and nurturing of illegal aliens during times of economic distress.

Specifically, because Gregoire's Washington faces a $5.7 million budget shortfall, the governor has decided that certain illegal aliens clogging up state prisons and jails should be deported. (2)

This common sense move, which should have been taken 20 years ago, will save Washington taxpayers $9 million dollars by transferring illiterate peasants back to Mexico and other points south for taxpayers in the nations of origin to deal with.

Governor Gregoire deserves kudos for taking a small baby step in the right direction. However, if she really cared about citizens and taxpayers, she would demand that all illegal aliens, not just those whom are incarcerated, be rounded up and shipped out.

In fact, because of their large families and inability to care for offspring, illegal aliens on the outside are more expensive and a greater source for fraud and abuse than amigos held behind bars.

The governor needs to take the lead in convincing Democrat governors that coddling illegal aliens is folly during good economic times and even more of a disaster during a recession.

Collectively, Democrat governors need to stop selling out American citizens just to support non-citizens with no legal or moral basis for being here.

Perhaps with good political leadership to emulate, the light of truth will spread to California, where Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger refuses to close the state's huge budget problem by demanding that illegal aliens be sent home.

As it is, California wastes more than $10 billion a year on people who do not belong here to begin with!

Of course, Hispanic nut cakes will immediately resist any efforts to remove illegal aliens by raising the canard that deportation is based on racial profiling.

Guess what, folks? Americans are fed up with the invasion of America by third-world peasants, and we the people believe it is perfectly OK to use the most effective tools available against invading criminals.

The greatest priority must be to get these scam artists and free loaders off the backs of American citizens and taxpayers!

For years, President Bush has refused to enforce U.S. borders and laws against invasions from third-world Mexico based on his foolish belief that Mexicans share American family values and should be welcomed regardless of the rule of law, American sovereignty, and the well being of American citizes.

This delusional thinking ignores the fact that Mexico is a dangerous and corrupt sewer-nation that exports its raw garbage to America in the form of invading illegal aliens whom come here to live off the backs of American taxpayers.

Two current stories in the news tell the story about Mexico:

Headless in Guerrero

From Fox News (1), this report of brutal savagery and murder by Mexican heathen:

"Authorities found the decapitated bodies of nine men in the southern state of Guerrero on Sunday, and some of the victims have been identified as soldiers.

"State Public Safety Secretary Juan Salinas Altes said the bodies were found on a major boulevard in the state capital, Chilpancingo, just a few hundred yards from where the state governor was scheduled to participate in a traditional religious procession later in the day.

"Salinas Altes said experts are still trying to identify the bodies, but he said a still-undetermined number of them are soldiers. An army base is located nearby.

"Mexico has been hit by a rising wave of drug-fueled violence, and officials estimate that more than 5,300 people have died in organized-crime-related slayings so far in 2008.

"Mexican drug cartels have increasingly taken to chopping the heads off their victims, who include rival traffickers or lawmen. "On Aug. 28, a dozen decapitated bodies were found outside Merida, the capital of Yucatan state.

"Two other severed heads were found on the same boulevard in Chilpancingo on Dec. 7 alongside a sign reading: "Soldiers who are supposedly fighting crime, and they turn out to be kidnappers. This is going to happen to you."

Beauty Queen Arrested for Traveling With Alleged Mobsters

From Chron.com (2), this story of a 23-year old beauty queen that should be a real hit in Mexican prisons:

"Will her beauty fade in an orange prison jumpsuit?

"The question now hangs over Laura Zuniga, 23, who emerged this summer as the reigning beauty queen of Sinaloa, the Mexican Pacific Coast state known for its stunning women and vicious gangsters.

"She won Miss Hispanic America 2008 in a November pageant in Bolivia, placed third in the Miss Mexico contest and was heading to a global competition in Asia next year.

"But Zuniga is ending the year in police custody after being arrested late Monday traveling with seven alleged mobsters, including a boyfriend identified by federal police as a top member of the so-called Juarez Cartel.

"Soldiers acting on a tip detained Zuniga and the seven men at a checkpoint as they cruised a Guadalajara suburb in two weapons-packed trucks.

"Her father told reporters in Culiacan, the Sinaloa state capital, that Zuniga told him she was going to a Christmas party.

"The jailed beauty queen told police the group was heading for Colombia and Bolivia on "a shopping trip."

"Most cocaine smuggled through Mexico to U.S. consumers comes from Bolivia or Colombia.

"Arrested along with Zuniga was Orlando Garcia Urquiza, whom Mexican federal police identified Tuesday as a top operator for the Carrillo Fuentes smuggling organization based in Ciudad Juarez, which borders El Paso."

Yet folks like George W. Bush would have us believe that Mexicans share American values and should be welcomed here, even if illegal, by the millions. Why?

More Bail Out Outrage: $197 Million to Mexico!

Because we the people have been so preoccupied with the $850 billion bailout of Wall Street, the wrangling back and forth for billions more in welfare to auto makers, and the hilarious sitcom in which the Democrat Party has imploded in HDTV before our very eyes, critically important news has escaped the wrath it so richly deserves.

Specifically, while Americans were focused on the ongoing demolition of our economy and serious challenges to President-elect Obama's integrity, the Bush administration released $197 million dollars to third world Mexico on December 3.

Regrettably, that is just the first payment of a $400 million aid package slated to be sent to Mexico, ostensibly to be used to fight drug cartels. (1)

Pause and ponder: While America's economy teeters on the brink of depression, the U.S. sends hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to a hopelessly corrupt, inept foreign nation, in the hope that those millions might be used to keep Mexico's drugs out of America.

That is incredibly stupid, at best. It would be like paying to have a neighbor's smelly garbage hauled away because he refuses to do so, thereby causing said garbage to overflow onto your pristine property.

Consider this report from the Los Angles Times (2), about how Mexico's highest-ranking drug official (until he resigned in July), reflects south of the border values and culture when it comes to drug cartels:

"Noe Ramirez Mandujano, a veteran federal prosecutor who headed an elite organized crime unit was arrested on suspicion of passing intelligence to drug gangsters based in the northwestern state of Sinaloa, Mexican Atty. Gen. Eduardo Medina Mora said."

That information was known to the U.S. before $197 million dollars of our money were released to Mexico. Talk about goofy thinking and good money chasing bad!

No doubt, that $197 million check from the U.S. Treasury has been deposited in a special Mexican bank account designated as the " Noe Ramirez Mandujano defense fund."

The Mexican bail out would not be quite so outrageous were it not for the fact that anywhere from 12-38 million illegal aliens from Mexico are currently squatting in America at a cost of hundreds of billions of dollars in stolen public services each year.

Furthermore, millions of those illegal aliens are employed in jobs that are desperately needed by American citizens as our economy continues to unravel.

Rather than sending even another peso to corrupt Mexico, America needs to secure our borders with military force and move to deport each and every illegal alien.

How likely is that?

There is a bright side: With our nation perilously close to economic collapse, amnesty for illegal aliens is clearly dead.

However, will our leaders muster the courage to face reality and begin the process of forcibly removing illegal aliens in order to save America?

President-elect Obama has recently announced his intent to approve a major economic recovery plan upon assuming office on January 20. This plan is envisioned to put millions of Americans to work on roads, bridges, schools, and other infrastructure, which has been long ignored.

It is expected that the plan will cost taxpayers at least one trillion dollars.

While the programs identified for action are important and worthy, there is yet another urgent project that should be addressed:

The public works initiative that America really needs would save all levels of government hundreds of billions of dollars a year in stolen public services; free up to 30 percent of space taken in federal, state and local prisons and jails; improve education dramatically by reducing class sizes and limiting the number of students unable to keep up because of language and cultural barriers; strengthen homeland security during time of war; significantly reduce the number of people without health insurance; and solve the jobs crisis.

Specifically, unemployed and under employed American citizens should be hired to help the federal government end, and reverse, illegal immigration, a problem that has plagued America's economic, social, cultural, and educational systems.

Those systems were designed and intended for use by tax paying citizens, rather than by free loading illegal aliens.

In working to address the illegal alien disaster, American citizens should be used to complete the border fence between the U.S. and Mexico. That fence should include appropriate fencing in every location where America shares a border with Mexico, and should be given the priority needed to complete the project within six months.

Furthermore, needy American citizens should be used to ferret out and physically return to Mexico the 12-38 million aliens currently here illegally. With minimal training, citizens could be taught how to find illegal aliens and how to work with law enforcement authorities to deport said criminals.

Not only would this project put needy Americans to work on a rule of law issue vital to our sovereignty and independence, but deporting illegals who currently hold jobs would free those positions for citizens.

With America committed to spending trillions of dollars of taxpayer money to revive an ailing economy, let us use this opportunity to fix the illegal alien mess, once and for all, by building a viable border fence and by deporting every last invading criminal back to his or her third world nation of origin.

With escorts from armed authorities, citizens could also be used to drive invading criminals to the Mexican border and oversee the off loading of said criminals on Mexican soil.

Not only would this project put needy Americans to work on a rule of law issue vital to our sovereignty and independence, but deporting illegals who currently hold jobs would free those positions for citizens.

With America committed to spending trillions of dollars of taxpayer money to revive an ailing economy, let us use this opportunity to fix the illegal alien mess, once and for all, by building a viable border fence and by deporting every last invading criminal back to his or her third world nation of origin!

Remembering Bob Clark and "A Christmas Story"

Yet another Christmas season has been made more joyful by being able to watch Bob Clark's delightful film, "A Christmas Story."

In many American homes, Clark's 1983 award-winning film has joined "A Christmas Carol," "It's a Wonderful Life," and "Miracle on 34th Street" as mandatory Yuletide fare.

Christmas simply would not be the "most wonderful time of the year" without watching all four of these great movies at least once each December.

Unfortunately for all who love Christmas, Bob Clark was not around to celebrate last Christmas. That is so because the prolific filmmaker, whose career spanned four decades, was killed in an automobile crash caused by a drunken driver in California on April 4, 2006.

On October 16, 2007, Hector Velazquez-Nava was sentenced to six years in prison after pleading no contest to two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.

Pity that the illegal alien was not subjected to cruel and unusual punishment.

Despite the carnage caused by illegal aliens, the mainstream media refuses to acknowledge and report the extent of the problem. Political correctness seems more vital than objective reporting, at least in some leftist news rooms.

With many of the several states headed toward ruination under the guise of being "progressive", the Great State of Oklahoma is moving in exactly the opposite direction.

Which means that Oklahoma is becoming a shining example of what can happen when citizens work diligently to protect and defend the ideals and culture that have made America great.

For instance, Oklahoma voters supported John McCain by nearly 2-1 over Barack Obama. Clearly, voters here understood that a vague promise of "change," buffeted by a handsome smile and media-produced charisma, are not enough to qualify anyone for the presidency of the United States.

In addition, both of Oklahoma's U.S. Senators, James Inhofe and Tom Coburn, are conservative Republicans. Three of the state's five representatives in the U.S. House are Republicans.

Oklahoma's state government is majority-Republican in both the House of Representatives and state Senate.

When it comes to the rule of law, Oklahoma is on the right side as well. This state has one of the toughest anti-illegal aliens laws in all of America.

That law has produced a very positive result: Illegal aliens are fleeing Oklahoma in droves!

Oklahoma has proven that Illegal immigration can be reversed, deportation can work, and that the rule of law can be enforced. All it takes is the political will and might to do the right thing.

Mexico is a third-world nation that is unable to feed, house, and provide medical care for all of its citizens. Which is why America has been inundated with anywhere from 12-38 million illegal aliens from south of our border, most of who hail from Mexico.

Given the rampant poverty that is Mexico, one would expect Mexican government authorities to use public funds prudently and with caution.

However, that does not appear to be the case in Mexico City where Mayor Marcelo Ebrard says that his government will start handing out doses of one or two Viagra, Levitra or Cialis pills on Dec. 1. **

These medications will be issued, free of charge, to impotent men, 70 years and older, of which it is estimated there are 112,000 in Mexico City.

According to Mayor Ebrard, the city is implementing the plan because sexuality "has a lot to do with quality of life and our happiness."

No one can quibble with that, your honor.

However, housing, food, education, and medical care are also vital to the quality of life and happiness. Is Mexico City fully meeting the needs of it's citizens in those areas, sir?

Of course, it is really none of America's business how Mexico City, or any other Mexican city, uses public funds to serve it's citizens, EXCEPT for the fact that hundreds of thousands of Mexican citizens come to America illegally every year and partake of public services paid for by American taxpayers and intended for American citizens.

Why in the world should American taxpayers be responsible for providing essentials to Mexicans who are here illegally, while the Mexican government concerns itself with the sexual fulfillment of impotent men, aged 70 and over?

Update on the kerfuffel regarding the use of the term "illegal aliens" in Arizona courtrooms.

According to a spokeswoman for Arizona Chief Justice Ruth McGregor, the Justice has NOT banned use of the term "illegal alien" from court proceedings, nor is she even considering such a ban.

Rather, according to a video report which can be viewed at the link below**, Chief Justice McGregor merely distributed to the various justices serving on the state supreme court a letter from a group of cry baby Hispanic attorneys.

That letter, included at the link, does not appear to ban anything or even propose that anything be banned. It appears to be a simple FYI from the Chief Justice based on a cry baby letter sent by Hispanics with too much time on their hands.

Had the Arizona court rejected the term illegal aliens, which is actually set forth in federal immigration law, we would have been suggested that a more precise term be adopted: INVADING CRIMINALS!

W. Lied About WMD? Not According to Oliver Stone!

Although W., Oliver Stone's fictional account of George W. Bush is mostly liberal pap, the film does have one redeeming feature:

Much to the consternation of Bush-haters everywhere, W. does not support the leftist notion that "Bush Lied, People Died" about WMD.

In fact, the film shows Bush as very frustrated and extremely angry at key players in his administration for botching the intelligence on WMD.

There were no scenes showing Bush and Cheney, or anyone else in the administration, engaged in a diabolical plot to fabricate intelligence in order to get 110 Democrats in the U.S. House and Senate to support the Joint Resolution for military force against Iraq.

Perhaps Stone simply overlooked those dark moments, a product of his advancing years? Or maybe the director omitted them intentionally out of concern for national security and troops still in harms way in Iraq and Afghanistan?

Yeah, right! And perhaps Bill Clinton really believed that his rendezvous with Monica Lewinsky in the Oval Office NOT sexual in nature!

If there were the slightest shred of evidence that Bush and crew fabricated WMD intelligence or lied about it to deceive Congress, Stone would have featured such information prominently!

Therefore, it should come as no great surprise that Zeituni Onyango is living in public housing in Boston and is the half-sister of Obama's late father, which makes her Obama's aunt.

She is also an illegal alien whom was instructed to leave the country four years ago by an immigration judge who rejected her request for asylum from her native Kenya. **

Of course, Obama claims that he did not know that his dear aunt was here illegally.

Just like he did not know that Bill Ayers has never expressed regret for his vile act of domestic terrorism.

Just like he did not know that his spiritual advisor, Jeremiah Wright, blamed the U.S. for 9.11.

Just like he did not know that ACORN was up to its eyeballs in voter fraud on his behalf.

Perhaps we now know why Obama has refused so adamantly to come clean on his birth certificate?

Sheriff Arpaio Takes on Mesa City Hall to Root Out Illegal Aliens!

Sheriff Joe Arpaio should be on the Republican ticket as the presidential nominee, or higher. This man is the most intelligent, courageous, and patriotic official in law enforcement in all of America.

Unlike George W. Bush and other RINO politicians and all Democrats, Sheriff Arpaio actually takes his responsibilities seriously. He is unflagging in his determination to enforce the rule of law, particularly when it comes to illiterate peasants who invade America from third-world Mexico and points further south.

Sheriff Joe, no relation to Plumber Joe as far as we know, attacked the old "You Can't fight City Hall" adage by raiding City Hall in Mesa, Arizona to weed out uninvited and unwelcome invading criminals working as janitors on the graveyard shift.

Dear Senators:

As the awful economic crisis continues to imperil our great nation even after passage of the $825 billion bail out, more details are emerging with respect to lending practices that are partially, and perhaps largely, responsible for this dangerous predicament.

For example, as an American citizen and long term resident of California, I am highly distressed to learn that a significant number of mortgage loans were granted to illegal aliens, people who have no legal basis for being in America.

Senators, millions of American citizens just like me are outraged that not only has our federal government failed to keep foreigners from invading our nation to begin with, but has actually worked to make it possible for invaders to purchase homes.

Federal policies that encourage, rather than discourage, illegal aliens with financial perks such as mortgage loans, are not in the best interests of your lawful constituents, that being American citizens.

Besides being morally repugnant and illegal, making mortgage funds available to invading aliens reduces the amount of money that can be extended to American citizens in their quest for adequate housing.

In addition, illegal aliens artificially inflate the demand for housing; thereby contributing to the run away escalation of housing prices and creation of the real estate bubble, the one that has finally burst.

Prudent government policies should dictate that mortgage loans be granted only to those here legally, and who have good credit, adequate income, and stable employment.

By definition, illegal aliens are always subject to detection and deportation and, as such, are highly unstable. That makes them more likely to default on mortgage loans.

Again, financial pressures exerted on behalf of illegal aliens have a deleterious impact on the ability of American citizens to realize and sustain the American Dream.

Should it not be the official policy of the United States government to help citizens, rather than illegal aliens, peruse the American Dream?

Senators, this issue will surely continue to engage the American public in the months ahead. I know that both of you have supported amnesty for illegal aliens in the past.

But in view of the damage that has been wrought on our economy, I humbly ask each of you to reconsider the issue, and ask that you do so with the best interests of American citizens first and foremost in your minds.

Great News: Court Says NO! to In-state Tuition for Illegal Aliens!

"A three judge panel of the California Court of Appeals unanimously ruled Monday that a California law intended to permit illegal aliens to attend public colleges and universities at in-state tuition rates is unconstitutional because it conflicts with federal law, and violates both the equal protection clause and privileges and immunity clause of the constitution."

This ruling is huge because it will provide precedent for legal actions taken in other states with regard to benefits for illegal aliens.

Finally a common sense ruling that benefits the American people and not third-world invading criminals!

Time to End Mexican Illegal Alien "Dependence" Day!

Do Not Be Silly!

Although September 16 is supposed to be the Mexican equivalent of America's 4th of July, upwards of 38 million illegal alien free loaders and scam artists are living on the backs of American taxpayers.

Thus, the day should be renamed "Mexican Illegal Alien Dependence Day" to recognize the facts as they are.

However, with a minimal amount of political cajoles, there is a way to change things so that September 16 is truly a day of Independence for peoples on both sides of the borders.

To begin with, let us round up and deport every last illegal alien to Mexico. While not all illegal aliens are from Mexico, the overwhelming majority are, so let the Mexican government deal with the non-Mexicans at their leisure.

And once the United States has been purged of all illegal alien parasites, September 16 should be declared an American national holiday to celebrate the independence of American taxpayers from the social, cultural, economic, educational, and nation security burdens represented by the invading criminals.

At that happy day, we can wish Viva la independencia national? to the deported illegal aliens in Mexico, while wishing ourselves, "Happy Independence from Illegal Aliens" day!

Use Illegal Aliens Already Here to Solve Farm Worker Shortage?

Democrat politicians and certain RINOs, including our addled president, are always looking for new ways to ram illegal aliens down the throats of reluctant Americans.

In the latest scam, these anti-American knot heads are passing out crying towels to gain support for agricultural tycoons who allegedly face a shortage of farm workers.

Prudent citizens: Save your tears and pity for both the corrupt farmers and the illegal aliens that they are so fond of.

To begin with, growers should not hire illegal aliens. To do so is a violation of U.S. laws, and is a major reason why America is saddled now with upwards of 38 million illegal aliens.

Secondly, how can there be a "shortage of workers" in a nation that is overwhelmed and overrun by illegal aliens?

For example, in recent years Americans were horrified at the sight of huge crowds of illegal aliens marching through our streets to protest the rule of law.

Why not round up these criminals, outfit them with straw hats, picking buckets, and other required farm-work paraphernalia, and ship them to the nearest needy grower?

In addition, jail systems throughout America already use incarcerated inmates to clean parks and roadways.

Why not force those here illegally, and in jail or prison, to meet the needs of the American people by picking grapes or tomatoes?

Other venues for locating illegal immigrants: Day labor centers, Home Depot stores, welfare offices, food stamp distribution centers, car washes, fast food eateries, English-as-a-second-language (ESL) classes, and DNC offices everywhere.

Third, if farmers would pay competitive wages, their labor needs would be met by real Americans--citizens and others here legally.

Indeed, reports indicate that the “shortfall” of agricultural workers is at least partially the result of illegal aliens working in construction and other U.S. industries where they can earn more.

In other words, illegal aliens already here are no longer willing to pick produce and fruit.

So the dodo heads in Washington want to bring in more illegal aliens to do the work that illegals already here will not do? That sounds like a "GW Bush" or a "Nancy Pelosi" moment!

Finally, much like this nation's addiction to foreign oil, America is hooked on slave labor from the third world.

This addiction represents a major threat to homeland security, national sovereignty, economic and social stability, and preservation of American values and culture.

America needs to end this insidious addiction to slave labor by doing the following:

* Secure our borders with military force.

* Deport all illegal aliens currently in the United States.

* Prosecute and punish all business owners that undermine national security by hiring illegal aliens.

* Hold the Mexican government accountable for its role in the invasion of America by third-world criminals.

By cutting off the flow of illegal aliens, American politicians can do what is right for working families, while at the same time fighting terrorism and preserving American culture.

That is a win-win, unless you are a Democrat or RINO!

Scooter Libby Could Have Gotten a Much Better Deal!

Within hours after a federal appeals court refused to allow Scooter Libby to remain free pending the appeal of his perjury conviction in June of 2007, President Bush rushed forward to commute the jail sentence of the former aid to Vice President Cheney.

Although Bush kept Scooter from spending the 4th of July in the slammer, the president let stand Libby's felony conviction, the $250,000 fine, and a two-year probation period.

Most distressing, of course, is the felony conviction.

That means that, in order to vote, Scooter will have to register as a Democrat, America's "big tent" party for the deceased, those here illegally, and felons.

Howard Dean calls it "inclusive politics," however; federal and state authorities classify it as voter fraud.

Raising $250,000 should be relatively easy.

All Libby needs to do is contact a liberal publisher (aren't they ALL?) and mention that he would like to write an expose about Dick Cheney from an "insider's" perspective.

You know, reveal dirty little secrets about Cheney's wonky heart (he doesn't actually have one!). The truth about shooting that lawyer in Texas (it was NOT an accident!).

How W wanted Cheney's daughter Mary to abort her pregnancy until the president learned that the father was an illegal alien from Mexico who needed an "anchor baby" to avoid deportation!

On and on. Make the manuscript crude enough, Scooter, and you could be on the New York Times Best Seller List before summer's end.

Even better still: Announce that you are going to include a chapter or so about the personal life of W, and you might see a full blown pardon coming your way before you get around to firing up your word processor!

In reality, Scooter Libby could have avoided prison and made a small fortune if he had played his cards differently.

Next time, Scooter, follow this strategery.

To begin with, right after your conviction, change your name to Jose` Libbernandez and assume a Spanish accent. A fake ID, including Social Security number and drivers license, can be purchased directly from Ted Kennedy out of his office on Capitol Hill.

Next, scurry down to Mexico and secure a respectable amount of marijuana, cocaine, and heroine, and steal across the border into the U.S. at a location where you are most likely to be spotted by Border Patrol agents.

When spotted by Border Patrol, make a U-turn and start running back towards Mexico.

At that point, because they are racist pigs, the Border Patrol will chase you and most probably shoot you in the butt.

Do not panic: Your ship has finally come in!

After the Border Patrol has arrested you, Jose` Libbernandez, you will be allowed one call.

Use this call wisely by contacting the nearest ACLU office, and tell them you are an illegal alien who has been shot in the ass by the Border Patrol on the American side of the border.

Be sure to mention that you were shot while smuggling drugs into the U.S.

Within 10 minutes or so, an ACLU lawyer will arrive at your cell to greet and comfort you. He or she will immediately begin working on your behalf, and will text message Homeland Security guru Michael Chertoff to inform him of your plight.

Before you are actually booked, the Chertoff goons, in concert with the ACLU, will have bailed you out of jail and arrested all of the offending Border Patrol agents to take your place.

You will then be granted immunity from any and all crimes in exchange for your testimony against the criminals, those punks who until two hours ago were Border Patrol agents.

Early next morning, your ACLU lawyer will visit you in your executive suite at the finest hotel in town (paid for by the DOJ) and get you to sign documents needed to sue the former Border Patrol agents, the U.S. government, and all conservative radio talk show hosts and columnists.

Provided the ACLU can find the right leftist judge and a rigged jury, you could be rewarded for your troubles with a five million-dollar judgment!

That is nearly what you would have hauled in by selling all those drugs, Scooter!

What's that, Scooter? You are worried that you might be turned over to American authorities and prosecuted?

Forget it!

Remember, you are Jose` Libbernandez, a good hearted, hard working peasant who just came here to do work that Americans will not do! You are now part of a protected class, a man to who rule of law does not apply.

Undocumented Boomers Headed to Mexico!

An Open Letter To Mexican President Felipe Calderon

Dear President Calderon:

As you are no doubt aware, America the Great is quickly becoming America the Gray. The so-called "boomer" generation, comprised of approximately 40 million Americans, will soon reach retirement age.

As they age, America's boomers yearn for a less frantic pace---and a lifestyle that allows one to pause and smell the roses now and again.

In other words, boomers are looking for the "Good Life" which is supposed to accrue to those who work 45 years, pay ungodly amounts in taxes, raise a family, put children through college, and baby-sit the grandchildren.

Unfortunately, the United States is no longer as hospitable as it once was to graying citizens, especially now that our economy has collapsed.

As a result, we boomers have decided to move to your beloved Mexico.

Knowing that the Mexican government is a strong proponent of open borders and liberal immigration policies, as least as regards migrations from Mexico to America, boomers anticipate that their needs and wishes will be fully accommodated with minimal interference and bureaucratic hassle.

In plain English, boomers expect to be treated like upscale Mexican citizens, with all the perks and advantages attendant thereto.

Incidentally, we prefer to be called "undocumented boomers."

President Calderon, I am delighted to announce that 40 million undocumented American boomers are headed to Mexico!

Viva America!

Current plans call for about 500,000 boomers to cross the border into Mexico each month.

As with any complex transition, there are several "ground rules" that must be followed in order to make this change seamless.

Accordingly, your attention is directed to the following action items:

* Mexican sovereignty, borders, and immigration laws are essentially null and void with respect to undocumented boomers. No attempt should be made to enforce said restrictions on good hearted, formerly hard working Americans.

* Undocumented boomers shall receive unlimited education, food, housing, legal assistance, and geriatric care on demand, the cost of which shall be borne solely by Mexican taxpayers.

* Mexican hospitals, medical clinics, and emergency rooms shall be obligated to meet the medical needs of all undocumented boomers, without regard to ability to pay.

This obligation shall not be limited or restricted in any way because of any real or projected negative impact on Mexico's medical systems, including the loss of vital services to Mexican citizens.

* Although undocumented boomers shall not be obligated to pay for medical services received, they shall be entitled to send $30-50 billion a year back to the United States with impunity. The Mexican government shall actively facilitate the transfer of such funds to America.

* English is the only language used by undocumented boomers; boomers have no desire or obligation to learn Spanish.

* America's historic free speech, free love, and anti-war revolutions originated with activists in the boomer generation.

In keeping with the boomer tradition of aggressive activism, from time to time it may be necessary for millions of boomers to take over the streets of Mexico's large cities in order to protest proposed new laws when the "rights" of undocumented boomers are in jeopardy.

During such protests, boomers will wave Old Glory and scream "Yes, we can!" and "We are Mexico!" in English, as they protest the rule of law.

All such activities are valid free speech expressions in a thriving Democracy. As a consequence, the Mexican government shall take no action to limit or impede protests by undocumented boomers.

* We Americans celebrate the 4th of July to commemorate our independence from Great Britain. Undocumented boomers prefer to conduct business as normal on May 5 and September 16, and to reserve the 4th of July for fireworks, BBQs, and displaying Red, White, and Blue everywhere.

* Undocumented boomers shall be licensed to drive without regard to immigration status. All driver instruction and testing materials shall be in English.

* Blood relatives of undocumented boomers shall be eligible for the same reduced tuition rates offered to Mexican students in the nation legally. Immersion for the purpose of teaching Spanish is a failed concept and shall not even be attempted.

* Undocumented boomers shall be eligible to vote in Mexican elections without any requirement to prove identity.

* Grandchildren of undocumented boomers born in Mexico shall be Mexican citizens by virtue of their birth, regardless of the immigration status of their parents and grand parents, and

* Undocumented boomers are very sensitive and are easily offended. Therefore, Mexicans shall refrain from using terms like "illegal alien," "Red Neck," "Cracker,"or "Gringo" when addressing or discussing boomers.

In closing, Mr. President, let me assure you that undocumented boomers look forward to contributing positively to Mexican society, culture, and financial stability.

In doing so, we will attempt to do for Mexico what 38 million Mexican illegal aliens are currently doing to America!

Let's Try Mexico's Immigration Laws Here at Home!

Mexico seems to be wallowing in "Do As I say, Not As I Do" hypocrisy when it comes to immigration laws. Successive presidents and foreign ministers of the nation have called for leniency on the part of the U.S. when it comes to Mexicans coming to America illegally across U.S. borders.

Do Mexican leaders practice what they preach when it comes to, say, an American couple seeking a cheaper, slower-paced lifestyle? Not on your tortilla!

Mexico, according to journalist and terrorist expert Dr. J. Michael Waller, has some of the strictest immigration laws of any country, and they enforce them to the letter.

Waller informs us that "Mexico has a radical idea for a rational immigration policy that most Americans would love. However, Mexican officials haven’t been sharing that idea with us as they press for the U.S. Congress to adopt the McCain-Kennedy immigration reform bill."

Waller adds: "That’s too bad, because Mexico, which annually deports more illegal aliens than the United States does, has much to teach us about how it handles the immigration issue.

Under Mexican law, it is a felony to be an illegal alien in Mexico."

Waller sharpens his point by commenting on the unnerving tendency of some legal scholars in the U.S. to use foreign laws as a reference point for deciding issues in America.

Waller states, "At a time when the Supreme Court and many politicians seek to bring American law in line with foreign legal norms, it’s noteworthy that nobody has argued that the U.S. look at how Mexico deals with immigration and what it might teach us about how best to solve our illegal immigration problem."

And whereas U.S. laws are often cumbersome, complex instruments fathomable only to lawyers who charge upwards of $300 an hour, things are more to the point in Mexican law.

Again, quoting Waller from the referenced link: "Mexico has a single, streamlined law that ensures that foreign visitors and immigrants are:

• In Mexico legally;

• Have the means to sustain themselves economically;

• Not destined to be burdens on society;

• Of economic and social benefit to society;

• Of good character and have no criminal records; and

• Contributors to the general well being of the nation.

"The law also ensures that:

• Authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;

• Foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;

• Foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;

• Foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;

• Foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;

• Those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison."

Who could disagree with such a law? It makes perfect sense," Waller states with unassailable logic.

Unfortunately, very little "perfect sense" is obvious in the ongoing debate on immigration reform here in the United States. Rather, the interests of the American people are often ignored or made subordinate by politicians from both parties.

Of greater interest to some in Washington, D.C., is feeding an insatiable corporate appetite for cheap labor, satisfying a wicked lust for cheap votes, and giving in to an inexplicable drive to promote America's decay into a third-world abyss.

These ignoble interests trump rule of law, homeland security, economic and social stability, and preservation of American language and culture in the minds of some elected officials sworn to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution.

By contrast, Waller notes that Mexican law and officials are focused on numero uno--that being Mexico!

Waller writes, "The Mexican constitution strictly defines the rights of citizens – and the denial of many fundamental rights to non-citizens, both illegal and illegal.

"Under the constitution, the Ley General de Población, or General Law on Population spells out specifically the country’s immigration policy.

"It is an interesting law – and one that should cause us all to ask, 'Why is our southern neighbor pushing us to water down our own immigration laws and policies, when its own immigration restrictions are the toughest on the continent?'

"If a felony is a crime punishable by more than one year in prison, then Mexican law makes it a felony to be an illegal alien in Mexico.

"If the United States adopted such statutes, Mexico no doubt would denounce them as a manifestation of American racism and bigotry."

Waller supports his main thesis by citing key articles of Mexico's main
law.

"We looked at the immigration provisions of the Mexican constitution. Now let’s look at Mexico’s main immigration law.

"Mexico welcomes only foreigners who will be useful to Mexican society:

• Foreigners are admitted into Mexico “according to their possibilities of
contributing to national progress.” (Article 32)

• Immigration officials must 'ensure' that 'immigrants will be useful elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for their sustenance' and for their dependents. (Article 34)

• Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets 'the
equilibrium of the national demographics,' when foreigners are deemed
detrimental to 'economic or national interests,' when they do not behave like
good citizens in their own country, when they have broken Mexican laws, and
when 'they are not found to be physically or mentally healthy.' (Article 37)

• The Secretary of Governance may 'suspend or prohibit the admission of
foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest.' (Article 38)

• Mexican authorities must keep track of every single person in the country:

• Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal immigration
authorities upon request, i.e., to assist in the arrests of illegal immigrants. (Article
73)

• A National Population Registry keeps track of 'every single individual who
comprises the population of the country,' and verifies each individual’s identity.
(Articles 85 and 86)

• A national Catalog of Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants (Article 87), and assigns each individual with a unique tracking number (Article 91).

Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be imprisoned:

• Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned. (Article
116)

• Foreigners who sign government documents 'with a signature that is false or
different from that which he normally uses' are subject to fine and imprisonment. (Article 116)

Foreigners who fail to obey the rules will be fined, deported, and/or imprisoned as felons:

• Foreigners who fail to obey a deportation order are to be punished. (Article 117)

• Foreigners who are deported from Mexico and attempt to re-enter the country without authorization can be imprisoned for up to 10 years. (Article 118)

• Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced to up to six years in prison (Articles 119, 120 and 121). Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of their visa while in Mexico – such as working with out a permit – can also be imprisoned.

• Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law on Population says,

• A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five
thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country
illegally. (Article 123)

• Foreigners with legal immigration problems may be deported from Mexico
instead of being imprisoned. (Article 125)

• Foreigners who 'attempt against national sovereignty or security' will be
deported. (Article 126)

• Mexicans who help illegal aliens enter the country are themselves considered
criminals under the law.

• A Mexican who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the
foreigner live in the country is subject to up to five years in prison. (Article 127)

• Shipping and airline companies that bring undocumented foreigners into Mexico will be fined. (Article 132)"

Waller summarizes his review of Mexican law with this statement: "All of the above runs contrary to what Mexican leaders are demanding of the United States. The stark contrast between Mexico’s immigration practices versus its American immigration preaching is telling. It gives a clear picture of the Mexican government’s agenda: to have a one-way immigration relationship with the United States."

Waller concludes his excellent work with a challenge that should be visited upon all 535 members of the U.S. Congress and President Bush as they consider immigration reform.

Waller's challenge:

"Let’s call Mexico’s bluff on its unwarranted interference in U.S. immigration policy.

Let’s propose, just to make a point, that the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) member nations standardize their immigration laws by using Mexico’s own law as a model."

Congratulations to J. Michael Waller.* His is a voice of sanity that needs to be heard, especially by inmates wandering the halls and cloak rooms of Capitol Hill and 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Impossible to Deport Millions of Illegal Aliens? Says Who?

During his reign as the "worst president in U.S. history," President George W. Bush has undertaken the onerous task of converting Muslim dictatorships and theocracies in the Middle East into enlightened democracies.

The president apparently believes that America can, and should, determine the form of government under which more than a billion Muslims should live.

But while our commander-in-chief has been chomping at the bit to impose American ideology on Muslims in nations thousands of miles removed from our shores, he has been missing in action when it comes to defending America's own borders and enforcing immigration laws here at home.

Most distressing is Bush's assertion that deportation of millions of illegal aliens is “impossible.”

How in the world can it be “impossible” for the most powerful and technologically advanced nation in the world to remove criminals who have invaded our nation at time of war?

Surely the greatest hope for the civilized world in the global “war on terror” is not helpless when it comes to criminals inside its own borders? Some of whom are surely terrorists?

If America is really that impotent, Osama bin Laden and other Islamofascists will see that as great news, and a source of inspiration for continuing their Jihad on the civilized world.

Moreover, if America is unable, or unwilling, to control who enters and who stays here, victory for terrorism and world domination by Islamic extremists are all but assured.

Is that really the message you wish to convey to the world, Mr. President?

The great-unanswered question in all of this is:

Why has President Bush always acted on behalf of illegal aliens, rather than American citizens?

Why does he arrogantly and foolishly deny the truth?

Namely, illegal aliens:

*Feed at the public trough for health care, education, food, housing and other vital services to which they were not entitled.

*Overwhelm American hospitals, medical clinics, and emergency rooms and refuse to pay for medical services received.

*Force medical facilities into bankruptcy, resulting in the loss of vital medical services for American citizens.

*Manage to send $30-40 billion a year back to Mexico while dumping their medical bills on the backs on U.S. taxpayers..

*Refuse to learn English, and demand that America provide services in Spanish at considerable cost to American citizens.

*Impede the education of American children because of language and cultural issues.

*Demand driver’s licenses despite being in America illegally, and demand that driver instruction and testing materials be in Spanish.

*Demand reduced tuition rates offered to American students here legally.

*Unlawfully vote in U.S. election and alter election results.

*Overwhelm America's penal system, making it impossible to deal effectively with the citizen inmate population.

*Engage in wholesale forgery of vital public documents and commit identity theft in order to secure employment, education, credit, and access to public services.

*Take to the streets to protest pending legislation that would tighten border security and enforce the nation’s immigration laws

*Wave the Mexican flag and scream “Yes, we can!” and “We are America" in Spanish as they march to protest the rule of law in America

*Cry “racism” every time they are criticized for being in America illegally or challenged to learn English and assimilate into American society.

In other words, these corrupt third-world banditos are under the misguided notion that America has no sovereign rights or borders, and that our great nation should be open to every Mexican peasant whom decides, unilaterally, to squat in America.

And the government of Mexico has violated the sovereignty and borders of America by encouraging millions of illiterate peasants to invade America.

Again, the unanswered question: Why does U.S. President George W. Bush consistently side with Mexico and illegal aliens, instead of fighting on behalf of Americans?

The latest refrain spewing from the anti-rule of law crowd is, "America's immigration system is broken. We cannot stop illegal aliens without comprehensive immigration reform."

Borderdash!

That is nothing but pure Tequila snake oil, which originates with the likes of Felipe Calderon and Vicente Fox, present and past presidents of third world Mexico, who oppose anything that will prevent them from dumping millions of illiterate peasants onto the backs of American taxpayers.

Tragically for American citizens, Tequila snake oil is palatable to Democrats who can no longer win elections without getting votes from uneducated illegal aliens, and to Republicans who are committed to providing an unending pool of uneducated slave labor for greedy business people.

In fact, America's immigration system is not broken at all!
Existing immigration laws will work perfectly fine, provided such laws are enforced, a fact that is confirmed daily in states like Oklahoma where rigid enforcement is forcing large numbers of illegal aliens to self-deport!

Repeat: Enforcement of existing laws will prevent illegal aliens from coming here in the first place, and will drive criminals already here back to their nation(s) of origin!

Instead of upholding their sworn oath and Constitutional duty to defend America from all enemies, foreign and domestic, many of America's so-called leaders blather on and on about "comprehensive" reform, which is liberal-speak for amnesty.

In truth, comprehensive reform is the Monopoly- game equivalent of "get out of jail" cards for 38 million criminal freeloaders and scam artists.

Solving the illegal alien crisis is really quite simple:

1. Secure the borders, with military force, if needed.

2. Cut off all foreign aid to Mexico until that nation takes action to keep Mexican citizens from invading America.

3. Enforce all immigration laws currently on the books, and

4. Round up and deport all illegal aliens.

Put in terms even corrupt politicians should be able to understand, "America don't need no stinkin' immigration reform!"

Open Letter to Governor Schwarzenegger: Veto SB 1301 and SB 60

Dear Governor Schwarzenegger:

As California continues to fall deeper and deeper into debt and begins the third month of the new fiscal year without an approved budget, one would expect state legislators from both parties to do everything possible to achieve a balanced budget, without imposing additional taxes on California citizens in these trying times.

Unfortunately, rather than working to narrow the budget deficit, some legislators are actually working on programs that would increase the deficit by authorizing foolish spending for special interests.

Specifically, the state legislature recently passed SB 1301, a reckless proposal submitted by Gilbert Cedillo (D-Los Angeles), that would, if enacted, provide financial assistance to illegal aliens for education.

Simply put, this bill would use taxpayer money to assist individuals who have no legal right to be in America, i.e., people who should be deported, rather than subsidized.

Governor, many citizens in California are in the midst of grave financial circumstances, the likes of which have not been seen since the Great Depression.

Citizens are losing their jobs and homes in record numbers, while the state of California is already sixteen billion dollars in the red.

In addition, California's schools are not performing properly. A recent article in the Los Angeles Times reports that just 48 percent of the state's high schools are able to meet No Child Left Behind federal standards.

Clearly, the very last thing that legislators should be working to achieve is additional spending, especially when it involves funneling money to people who should not even be here to begin with.

Concerned citizens have an obligation to ask why in the world so-called public servants are concerning themselves with providing financial benefits to illegal aliens when so many American citizens are in desperate need?

That simply does not make any sense, even in the best of boom times, much less during periods of severe economic downturn.

In addition to the carnage proposed in SB 1301, Senator Cedillo has again polluted the legislative process with his annual attempt to grant driver's licenses to illegal aliens.

In 2008, Cedillo's frivolous proposal is SB 60.

Some may feel compelled to credit Senator Cedillo for his consistency in working on behalf of illegal aliens; however, Cedillo's persistent efforts to undermine the interests of American citizens is a reprehensible dereliction of his responsibility to U.S. citizens.

Accordingly, I urge you to veto both SB 60 and SB 1301 as soon as those hideous bills arrive in your office.

Californians deeply appreciate the fact that year after year you have protected we the people from the ravages of Senator Cedillo and his fondness for serving illegal aliens, a most unworthy special interest.

We are counting on your veto pen to continue the fine tradition of keeping California "Cedillo free" for another year!

A "Progressive" Checklist for Culling Out Racists

Racist - a person with a prejudiced belief that one race is superior to others.

In the on-line dictionary from which that definition was derived, the word "white" was omitted before the word "person," no doubt the product of biased editing by a red-necked scalawag from the Old South still immersed in denial.

Keeping the formal definition above in mind, compare it to the applications used by politically correct progressives, ever watchful for wedge issues with which to divide the American people.

According to progressives, you are a racist if you:

*Are on record as believing that American culture, including contributions made by angry white Christian men, has produced the greatest and most successful society in human history;

*Get goose bumps and shivers up and down your spine when Old Glory is feted or when the Star Spangled Banner is performed;

*Believe that America is a sovereign nation and, as such, perfectly justified in securing our borders against invasion by illegal aliens and other criminals;

*Believe that the rule of law is a basic tenet of American democracy, and, as such, inviolable;

*Support enforcement of the Immigration Reform Control Act of 1986;

*Are proud of the English language, and support making English the official language of commerce, law, education, and culture in America;

*Oppose affirmative action, bilingualism and other reverse discrimination outrages;

*Believe that the federal government should prevent illegal aliens from taking over American streets to demand rights and benefits reserved for U.S. citizens;

*Believe that Uncle Sam has an obligation to round up and deport illegal aliens, particularly during time of war;

*Believe that legislation is urgently needed to prevent illegal aliens from using "anchor babies" to circumvent U.S. law;

*Adamantly oppose amnesty, defined as anything short of deportation;

*Regard "Sanctuary Cities" as serious violations of federal law that should cause city officials to be arrested and prosecutedl

*Believe that in-state tuition breaks, driver's licenses, and other progressive hand outs serve only to attract even more illegal aliens and should be unlawful;

*Oppose the use of taxpayer funds to print ballots, government information, and educational materials in languages other than English;

*Own two or more American flags and participate in tawdry displays of excessive Americanism on Flag Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and other patriotic holidays;

* Have knowingly registered or, perish the thought, voted Republican within the past 50 years;

*Have no concrete, verifiable plans to vote for Barack Obama;

*Have entertained even a single positive thought about John McCain, or a single negative impulse about Barack Obama, and

*Are Caucasian, or look suspiciously like a Caucasian.

Please note that this checklist does not apply to African-Americans, Hispanics, Asians, or Native Americans because people from those racial and ethnic backgrounds are genetically incapable of being racists!

Why the Gooey-Eyed Obsession With Bilingualism by Liberals?

Just what is it about bilingualism that pushes certain liberals over the edge and into the streets as "Tower of Babel" sales sharks?

Take Barack Obama, for example.

Although the Anointed One rarely makes much sense, his cynical brand of extremism was particularly evident when he foolishly chided Americans for not being more language diverse.
This despite the fact that the Messiah is, himself, fluent only in English. Bilingual he is not, and not likely to become.

Obama's offensive language meddling reflects a gooey-eyed predilection for bilingualism common among confused liberals.

According to "progressive" standards, speaking at least two languages automatically makes one a better citizen of the world, more spiritual, more human, more deserving of everything including sexual pleasure.

Proficiency in three or more languages confers the honor of Intellectual Elitist on one so blessed, according to liberals.

Phooey!

Fact of the matter is that bilingualism is promoted in America for two equally scandalous reasons:

* To provide additional income for teachers who specialize in ripping off the public in multiple languages, a skill which earns said educators premium pay, and

* To pander to newcomers, including illegal aliens, who want all of the goodies accruing to those living in America, but who have absolutely no interest whatsoever in assimilating into American mainstream culture.

Despite the fact that English is the language of international business as well as being mandatory for those who work in the airline industry everywhere on the planet, many Hispanics are down right skittish when it comes to English.

For such people, bilingualism is cool, provided that the two languages involved are Mexican and Spanish.

When push comes to shove, these people inevitably stoop to charges of Racism! against Americans who advocate preservation of English as the language of commerce, law, education, government, and culture in these United States.

Unfortunately, liberals almost always join Hispanics in their bitter opposition to English; greedy Democratic politicians trolling for Hispanic votes are the culprits here.

However, while the left can be counted on to scream Racism! at anything even remotely resembling pro-English advocacy, these same warriors become dead silent when it comes to Hispanics and their fondness for Spanish.

How is it that American citizens who are strongly pro-English can be logically thought of as bigoted racists, while Hispanics who are just as ardently pro-Spanish (and anti-English) are not?

During his "talking down" to American parents about language diversity, Barack Obama went so far as to suggest that adults should assure that their children can speak and understand Spanish.

Time to wake up, Mr. Obama, and other out-of-touch liberals!

Trashing people for speaking their native tongue at home, and then nagging at them to learn a foreign language common to illegal aliens, may be cool for a "Community Organizer" in Illinois, but it is downright foolish for a man with his sights set on a White House in a very black neighborhood in Washington, D.C.

Rather than encouraging Americans to learn Spanish, Obama should remind Hispanic parents that English is the international language of business, and is increasingly so every day.

Hispanic parents with a genuine concern for the future well being of their children should make sure that those children can speak, write, and understand English. Fluently!

Which is not to say that proficiency in multiple languages should not be encouraged.

However, it is to say that first and foremost, children should be taught English. Nothing should interfere with achievement of that objective.

For enlightenment, consider what is happening in France:

English versus Spanish--a Question of Racism?

In a rare show of wisdom, several years ago California voters passed Proposition 227 to abolish most forms of bilingual education. The premise was quite simple: When English is not spoken in the home, youngsters are at a decided disadvantage, and must, therefore, receive intensive English instruction elsewhere.

Pampering non-English speaking youngsters with bilingual instruction at school was correctly seen as counterproductive and not in the best interests of the young learners.

Unfortunately, some Hispanics educators still refuse to abide by the law and continue to teach in Spanish. One such so-called educator was recently recognized as “Teacher of the Year” by a San Diego school district. Pancho, which is not his real name, proclaimed it his duty to instruct Hispanics in their native tongue, and hailed his defiance of state law as a major accomplishment.

Were it not for the fact that California’s educational system is administered almost exclusively by out-of-touch liberals, Pancho would have been immediately fired and his teaching credentials, if any, permanently revoked.

By refusing to expose his students to the language needed to succeed in America, Pancho should also be arrested and charged with child endangerment/abuse.

As an educator, Pancho should know that California now requires students to pass a test in order to graduate from high school. One of the test subjects is English proficiency.

Do you get that, Pancho? English, not Spanish, is a requirement for high school graduation in California. The state does not test for Spanish proficiency because English is the predominate language in California and throughout the United States.

Does that bother you, Pancho? Get over it--that is the law.

Pancho probably regards those who want English to be the official language in America as “racists.”

Question to Pancho: If I am a racist for wanting English to be the official American language, by the same logic are you not a racist for preferring Spanish over English?

Given his state of confusion, Pancho probably believes that his defiance of state law is perfectly justified because bilingual education means diversity. To California liberals, “Our diversity is our greatest strength” is recognized and accepted as the new oath of allegiance to socialism.

California parents, Hispanics included, please remember this: English proficiency is required to graduate high school in California. Spanish proficiency is required to pick fruit and clean toilets.

Which future do you want for your child?

Why Not Drivers' Licenses for Illegal Aliens?

When it comes to pushing really stupid ideas, California state Senator Gilbert Cedillo is the Everready Bunny of demented politics.

For years, Cedillo has worked tirelessly trying to get California to grant drivers' licenses to invading criminals, most of whom share Cedillo's Hispanic ethnicity.

Only once, during the term of Governor Gray Davis, did the Cedillo annual assault on common sense actually become law.

Even then, the new law was short-lived because California voters wisely decided that Gray Davis was lacking sufficient Grey Matter to run the state; Davis was recalled, and voters installed Arnold Schwarzenegger in his place.

The Terminator quickly terminated the Cedillo folly, and the rest is history.

But what if Cedillo was actually right? Perhaps illegal aliens do deserve driver's licenses and a whole lot more?

Come to think of it, perhaps American taxpayers should be forced to give every illegal alien:

* A 3,500 square foot home located on 160 acres, title free and clear, and with a permanent exemption from property taxes?

* Free education at the university of his or her choice, including room and board, tuition, books and class materials? With no need to pass entrance exams or prove academic worthiness?

* At least two new SUVs per household and more as needed to assure upward mobility for all family members?

* Lifetime medical and dental care, free of charge?

* Free food and clothing?

* The latest and most sophisticated computing equipment and software available, including high-speed Internet connections?

* A laptop for every illegal lap?

* An annual all-expenses paid 30-day vacation to Mexico, including round trip fare and $5,500 petty cash?

* A free path to citizenship, including all immigration fees and attorney costs?

And why not go all out to make illegal aliens really feel comfortable?

Why not redo the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights in Spanish, amended as appropriate to assure full protection of illegal aliens as the largest and most vulnerable group of victims in America?

Why not require that all business transacted in the House and Senate be in Spanish?

Why not make Cinco de Mayo a national holiday and drop Independence Day (July 4th) in order to keep spending in line?

Why not move Washington, D.C. to Tijuana, Mexico, which is, after all, a more appropriate venue for a House (and Senate) of ill repute?

Bottom Line: Why not just step aside and let Mexican invaders re-make America into Mexico north?

That may be the only way to stop the invasion, because once America has decayed to a third-world sister of Mexico, invaders will have no reason to come here.

At that happy day, it will be more cost effective for freeloaders and scam artists to simply stay squatted in Mexico!

During the Spanish Inquisition, Jews, near Jews, closet Jews, those friendly to Jews, and those suspected of being friendly to Jews were subjected to harrowing episodes of intolerance and misery unequaled in history.

Until now, that is.

We the people have been hoodwinked by a coalition of civil rights scam artists, third world freeloaders, ACLU lawyers, liberal politicians, leftist educators, confused Catholics, and Marxist librarians working 24/7 to create a United States of Babel by eradicating the English language from our land.

The technical name for this travesty is the Spanish Imposition and it is evident everywhere.

One sees and hears Spanish imposed on an unwilling public at Sears and Target stores, fast food eateries, cemeteries, libraries, outlets for dispensing social services, banks, car washes, and all other public locations were two or more illegal aliens are likely to assemble. That means everywhere!

The Spanish Imposition has found it's way to voting ballots, and the presidential campaigns. Christopher Dodd and Bill Richardson, Democrat presidential candidates without a single clue between them, even debated in Spanish just to prove that they are capable of delivering bilingual lies.

Things have gotten so crazy in Los Angeles that the Mexican national anthem is played before every game at Dodgers Stadium, otherwise known by liberals and illegal aliens as Chavez ravine.

Of course the Dodgers also play the Star Spangled Banner, provided someone remembers to remind the events coordinator. It is rumored that the Dodgers even arrange for the anthem to be performed in English on especially patriotic holidays like Memorial Day and Independence Day; however, that detail cannot be confirmed.

Those who speak English only are at a distinct disadvantage while trying to transact any of the following business in California:

( )Receive medical care at an emergency room;

( )Order a meal from a restaurant, fast food or higher end;

( )Arrange landscaping or gardening services;

( )Seek social services from a local, state, or federal agency;

( )Have one's home cleaned;

( )Get one's car washed; or

( )Attempt to communicate with garbage men, cable installers, handymen, roofers, and ICE employees.

Communications between English only and Spanish only speakers can be chaotic, confusing, and outrageously funny as the following dialogue from the 1975 British Comedy, Fawlty Towers, demonstrates.

AR is Alice Richards, an elderly English woman with an acute hearing problem and absolutely no Spanish language skills, while M is Manuel, a low-level hotel worker from Spain who speaks perfect Spanish, but whose English skills are minimal at best.

AR is trying to check in at the Fawlty Towers hotel and has been turned over to Manuel for processing.

AR: Now, I asked for a first class room with a bath and a sea view. I specifically asked for a sea view in my written confirmation, so please make sure I have it.

M: Que?

AR: What?

M: Que?

AR: K?

M: Si!

AR: See?

M: Nodding enthusiastically.

AR: K see? K see? What are you trying to say?

M: No, no, no! Que, what!

R: K what?

M: Si! Que what!

R: CK What?

M: Yes!

Ar: Who is CK What?

On and on it goes. Suffice it to say, Manuel was unable to help Alice Richards and she made it to her room only after being rescued by an English speaking hotel clerk.

Although the Fawlty Towers episode is very funny, real life confrontations between English and Spanish speakers is all too serious and frustrating to both sides.

Although I firmly believe that English should be the official language of the United States, I do not agree with some of my eccentric right wing friends who would make speaking Spanish in public a felony.

As a compassionate conservative, I believe that those guilty of a first offense should be charged with a misdemeanor. However, those caught speaking Spanish a second time should be arrested on felony charges, held without bail, and deported as soon as possible!

Celebrating the First Anniversary of the Deportation of Elvira Arrellano!

While Al Gore and environmental scam artists of his ilk continue to milk global warming for all it's worth, the fact is that America has entered a new ICE age, as in Immigration Control and Enforcement (ICE).

That convenient and pleasant truth became obvious more than one year ago in August 2007, when U.S. immigration authorities deported illegal alien-anarchist Elvira Arrellano just hours following her arrest in Los Angeles.

Thus, the manipulative, evil, and cowardly illegal alien who hid behind the Christian cross and her (at the time) eight-year-old son to escape American justice was kicked out of the US and off the public trough.

This Mexican vermin was kicked out despite the likes of George W. Bush and John McCain who claim that it is "impossible" to deport illegal aliens.

All it takes, boys, is political will, reasonably well functioning cajones, and a decent amount of patriotism and love for America!

By immediately removing Elvira Arrellano from American soil, the U.S. government finally accomplished something positive on behalf of American citizens, rather than coddling to illegal aliens who do not belong here.

In addition, a much- needed message was delivered to other invaders currently in America, as well as to would-be invaders in third world nations like Mexico.

That message: Illegal aliens will be hunted down, arrested, and deported as soon as possible, irrespective of family ties.

After all, illegal is illegal, family or not.

Of course, ACLU lawyers and other nut case liberals can be counted on to wring their hands in feigned angst about separating the saintly Arellano from her family.

"We must not tear families apart with such cold, calculated indifference," bleeding hearts will wail.

The obvious rejoinder is that we cannot allow American jurisprudence to be derailed by "cold, calculating" criminals who deliberately manipulate circumstances in order to circumvent the rule of law and justice.

Indeed, the "anchor baby" ploy used by invaders like Elvira Arellano must be recognized for what it is--an evil exploitation of children!

Remember Arellano was given due process and was ordered by the courts to get the hell out of America ten years ago. But like every illegal alien currently here, Arellano simply does not give a damn about due process or rule of law.

Which is why firm, decisive, and immediate are important key words that the U.S. government must implement in dealing with invading criminals.

Perhaps the deportation of Ms. Arellano will cause other illegal aliens to begin the process of self-deportation. That would be a wonderful thing!

In the meantime, we need to keep the pressure on Michael Chertoff.

After all, Chertoff still has 37,999,999 additional illegal aliens to hunt down, arrest, and deport!

You go, Michael, and remember you are THE MAN of the new ICE age!

By naming Joe Biden as his running mate, the Anointed One has set an all-time world record for prevarication, said record subject to being superseded by Obama himself, at any time, without advance warning.

Oddly enough, this fellow was supposed to be all about CHANGE, CHANGE, and still more CHANGE, remember?

To date, the only CHANGE that Obama has consistently brought to the table is an all- too- frequent change of his bloody mind on vital issues of the day!

Nominating Joe Biden for the vice presidency to run under the banner of CHANGE is another stunning example of Obama's inexperience, lack of commitment to anything except acquisition of raw power, and world class flip- flop skills.

Good grief, with 35 years under his belt in the US Senate, Senator Joseph Biden is the quintessential Washington insider. If ever there was a poster child for the anti-change status quo, it would be the senior senator from Delaware!

More Proof: Democrat Joe Biden has not changed his hairpiece in 20 years!

Which means that Biden is darn near as old as John McCain and is a smidgen older than Hillary Clinton is.

According to ageist hate speech used by Team Obama against both McCain and Hillary, they are "old school" fogies," out of touch with any American who can still walk about on his or her own, and for whom sex is more important than comfortable dentures and a clean bed pan.

Fathoming why Biden's 66 trumps McCain's 72, or Hillary's 61, when it comes to being in sync with younger voters is beyond this writer's pay grade. As such, it is best left for historians to sort out in the decades to follow.

Biden has other shortcomings, including the fact that he is an angry white male and an attorney.

Which begs the following question: Can the American electorate, starved as it is for CHANGE, be placated by placing an old, angry white male with a law degree just a heart beat away from the presidency?

Still, this is Obama's show, and there ARE positive qualities that Biden brings to the ticket:

First and foremost, Joseph Biden is NOT Hillary Rodham Clinton.

In and of itself, that is enough to endear Biden to millions of voters who would like to keep the White House "b**** free," for at least four more years.

Next, Biden has a unique capacity for sticking his foot into his mouth with inappropriate, politically incorrect, and or incendiary remarks.

If fact, if sticking your foot in your mouth was an Olympic event, Joe Biden would have nearly as much gold to his credit as Obama, flip-flopping champ of all time.

How might Biden's non-stop adventures in a quagmire of faux pas benefit the ticket?

Elementary, really: It will keep snoopy news reporters pre-occupied with chasing down the latest "Biden Eruption."

Thus, the media will be too busy to delve into Obama's Jihadist past, involvement with sleazy underground characters, or his relationship with his half-brother, left to wilt in abject poverty in Kenya.

Some might ask, "But, what about Biden's despicable dabbling in plagiarism?"

"Progressive Insanity" Will Doom San Francisco!

San Francisco's reputation as a "progressive" Mecca for those who have lost the ability to apply common sense to everyday situations is legendary.

It is also a shining example of the arrogant elitism that has overwhelmed the mayor, the Board of Supervisors, and most so-called "servants of the people" in this fog-infested fairyland.

Most major American cities are struggling mightily to save their municipalities from the cancer of illegal aliens by adopting new laws, ordinances, and enforcement actions to prevent invading criminals from coming in the first place, and to encourage those already there to get the hell out.

It's called responsible governance, a term rarely used when discussing elected officials in San Francisco.

Instead of working to make this once great city safe for citizens and tourists alike, this bastion of progressive insanity has gone the other way by arrogantly designating itself as a "Sanctuary City."

Irresponsible leftists in power here even went so far as to run ads to attract illegal aliens, at a cost of $80,000 in taxpayer's cash.

Progressive insanity also caused this center of commerce and sophistication to shield juvenile illegal aliens from deportation, including those guilty of felony crimes.

That bit of progressive insanity cost San Francisco millions in housing costs and air fare as The City went the extra mile to assure that dangerous felons were sent home at taxpayer expense, sans the stigma and indignity of being deported by Uncle Sam.

Sill, liberals smirked arrogantly as they recklessly squandered taxpayer money.

This, they gloated, was "progressive humanity" at it's very best.

"No human being is illegal" was adopted as the idiotic mantra of progressives urgently in need of schooling about American citizenship and the priceless value thereof.

However, arrogant smirks and silly catch phrases are starting to be in short supply these days, now that progressive insanity has lead to the murder of three American citizens by an illegal alien who should have been deported years ago.

Specifically, Tony Bologna and his sons Michael and Matthew were shot to death by Edwin Ramos who authorities say is a member of a street gang and who has been charged with three counts of murder.

Edwin Ramos has a long rap sheet, much of which was compiled before the alleged killer reached the age of 18. Because of his age, San Francisco blindly shielded Ramos from deportation, thereby setting the stage for the viscous murder of three members of the Bolgna family.

As it turns out, the unintended consequences of progressive insanity may end up costing San Francisco taxpayers many millions more.

That is because of a legal claim filed on behalf of the victims' family which contends that San Francisco's sanctuary policies played a "substantial" role in the slayings of Tony Bologna and two of his sons.

Taxpayers could be left holding the bag for even more millions if the family of Tony Bologna and his sons file a wrongful death lawsuit after the legal claim has been adjudicated.

The only possible benefit from this nightmare would be if Gavin Newsom's political aspirations were to be torched as a result of this tragic episode.

Newsom fancies himself as a contender for the California governor's mansion in 2010. With any luck, this Sanctuary City outrage will end all hopes that Newsom has for a career in politics.

Newsom is, after all, a perfect example of "Progressive Insanity," at it's very worse and most treacherous.

According to liberal politicians like Mayor Antonio Villagarosa, the gang problem in the once great American city of Los Angeles is so complex and pervasive that only scores of millions of additional taxpayers dollars will make the slightest difference.

In his infinite wisdom, Villagarosa would spend those scores of millions of dollars on programs to educate, rehabilitate, and redeem gang members (victims!) whom have been neglected and abused to such an extent that affiliation with violent gangs is quite understandable.

In other words, it is not fair to blame the gangsters, their families, or their cultural heritage for the fact that Los Angeles is virtually uninhabitable, except for those who belong to gangs like MS-13.

Rather, it is American society, we the people, who are to blame!

Rubbish and hogwash!

Solving the gang problem in LA is neither complex, nor should it be expensive. Just apply some common sense and take the following steps:

*Recall Mayor Antonio Villagarosa.

*Secure the US borders with military force.

*Eliminate all social services programs that support illegal aliens and use the money to hire thousands of new ICE and Border Patrol agents.

*Institute non-stop, no holds barred ICE raids to identify every illegal alien currently in America.

*Deport all illegal aliens as soon as possible. No exceptions.

Implementing these simple steps could save a major world city from becoming a third-world cesspool.

Felipe Calderon: Stop Mexican Peasants from Invading America!

Like the equally demented Vicente Fox, Calderon stupidly argues that Americans should be grateful to have 38 million, mostly Mexican, illiterate peasants dumped in our laps, for US taxpayers to educate, feed, house, and provide medical care for.

At only $200 billion a year, it's quite a bargain, right Felipe?

Calderon is also taking a page from the Vicente Fox school of ignorance by declaring that American resistance to the invasion from south of our borders is an obvious case of racism!

What both Fox and Calderon conveniently forget to note is that illegal aliens come here on their own--no one is forcing these third-world free loaders and parasites to invade America!

Except, perhaps, the corrupt Mexican government!

Avoiding mistreatment of Mexican citizens in America is really quite simple, President Calderon.

Stop them from coming here to begin, with and take back the 38 million already here!

Repeat: Keep your damn garbage in Mexico and it will not be treated like garbage in America!

America does not need or want your castoffs.

Felipe Calderon, Vicente Fox, and all of the other corrupt thugs in the Mexican government must be forced to accept the following essential truths about America:

* In 1848, The Treaty of Guadeloupe Hidalgo was ratified by both the U.S. and Mexican Congresses. That Treaty ended any and all claims Mexico had to land now a part of the United States.

* Native American Indians were the original owners of the American southwest. Were there were any valid property rights claims concerning that land, such rights would belong to Native American Indians, not Mexicans.

* America is a sovereign nation, totally independent of Mexico. It has been that way for over 200 years. We intend to keep it that way.

* In America, Mexico is considered a foreign nation and Spanish is a foreign language.

* America operates according to the rule of law which applies to everyone. This is true whether one is brown, black, yellow, lily-white, red, or an exotic hybrid of lavender and green.

* Being hard-working and good hearted is commendable. But those qualities do NOT entitle anyone to enter America illegally.

* Being bilingual is cool--provided one of the languages is English. Literacy in only Spanish is not cool here.

* Celebrating one's cultural heritage is perfectly fine--as long as it does not interfere with prompt and complete assimilation into American culture.

* Driving while loaded or drunk may be "macho" in Mexico. But in America, it is considered stupid and criminal and is not tolerated, regardless of ones country of origin or cultural heritage.

* People here illegally are criminals, and as such, are most unwelcome. American citizens will fight to have such miscreants deported, regardless of whether or not families are involved. Illegal is illegal, family or not.

* Demanding that our borders be secured and that the law be enforced is the right of all American citizens and doing so does not make any one a racist or bigot.

* U.S. immigration laws exist to protect American citizens and others that are here legally, not to facilitate a foreigner's pursuit of a better life.

* Those who come to America must adjust to our culture and traditions. We have no obligation or desire to change in deference to foreign newcomers, and

* Brown may be beautiful in Mexico, but in America, we are partial to colors that symbolize freedom under the rule of law. That would be Red, White and Blue.

Take note of this list Messrs. Calderon and Fox. Share it with other Mexicans considering an invasion north.

Passing it on may cause them to reconsider, and that would be a great thing!

Twelve Steps of Illegal Aliens Anonymous, Revised

Alcoholic Anonymous (AA) has earned worldwide acclaim for its success in treating people afflicted with alcoholism. The heart of AA is the twelve step program which, when followed diligently, usually delivers the elusive gift of sobriety.

Illegal aliens are much the same as alcoholics; in fact, most invaders are drunks.

Because of the urgent need to rehabilitate these good hearted, hard working criminals so they can be deported in a sober fashion, the steps of AA have been adopted to the lives of illegal aliens.

As could be expected, the original version of the Twelve Steps of Illegal Aliens is in guttural Spanish, written and produced in San Francisco.

What follows is an English translation, offered for the benefit of taxpayers who need to know why their gardeners, housekeepers, and septic tank people cannot work after 3 PM without a cold case of Cuervo beer as motivation.

TWELVE STEPS OF ILLEGAL ALIENS ANONYMOUS

1. We admitted that the US government, the Minute Men, and all other US law enforcement authorities are powerless over the 38 million illegal aliens already in America, and our 100 million family members waiting in Mexico and beyond for just the right moment to join us by invading America.

2. Came to believe that Deportations by a power greater than ourselves could be thwarted by simply moving to San Francisco and other bastions of anti-American stupidity known as sanctuary cities.

3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the Catholic Church, La Raza, ACLU, DNC, Barack Obama, John McCain, and the mainstream liberal media.

4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves. Finding none (morals), we found "Family Values do not end at the Rio Grande" to be a mindless slogan uttered by a mindless politician bent on mindless pandering to Hispanics and mindless obstruction of the rule of law.

5. Admitted to no one, especially to agents of the Border patrol, Homeland Security, ICE, the Minutemen, and local law authorities, the exact nature of our wrongs, since we have none.

6. Were entirely ready to march and riot in the streets of America with Mexican flags and Spanish banners should the US Congress even consider laws that would reduce or eliminate our ability to freeload and steal services from American taxpayers, or for deporting hombres back to Mexico.

7. Demanded (to hell with "humbly") that Barack Obama and or John McCain grant amnesty en masse to our sorry, brown butts no later than 1 PM on January 20, 2009.

8. Would have made a list of all persons we had harmed were it not for the fact that we are but a collection of illiterate peasants who could care less about the fate of gringos foolish enough to get in our way.

9. Would never make direct amends to such people, especially since doing so would bring horrific damage to the Mexican economy and the holy objectives of Reconquesta.

10. Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly denied it and shouted RACISM! non-stop at the very top of our lungs. In Spanish and English!

11. Sought through alcohol and illegal drugs to improve our conscious contact with the omnipotent Illegal Alien in the Sky, as we understood Him, praying only for ICE-free summers, falls, winters, and springs.

12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we carried this message to all other illegal aliens and encouraged them to join us by voting Democrat in the November elections.

Slit-Eyed Gestures: Hispanic Racism, or Crude Tomfoolery?

Legend has it that the Olympics are supposed to bring people from diverse races, nationalities, and cultures together so that greater understanding and appreciation can be achieved to the overall betterment of humanity.

Diversity acceptance on steroids, as it were!

However, in 2008, the Olympics appear to have fostered a wave of anti-Chinese racism or, depending on one's views, simplistic tomfoolery among Hispanic people.

Olympic team members from both Spain and Argentina have been seen in photographs pulling back the skin on the side of their eyes, in a crude impersonation of Chinese people.

Last week it was athletes from Spain who were exposed for their slit-eyed shenanigans.

Just when that controversy began to ebb, the shocking photograph of Argentine football players surfaced. It shows four Hispanic women engaged in slit-eyed gestures, clearly mocking the appearance of Chinese people.

The photograph shows players Maria Potassa, Eva Gonzalez, Fabiana Vallejos and Andrea Ojeda smiling broadly as they torment Chinese people everywhere.

Officials from China and Argentina have yet to comment formally, although insiders at the US State Department believe that these incidents have set diversity acceptance back at least 50 years and could result in a China versus Spain and Argentina war unless cooler heads prevail.

News of the slit-eyed gesture phenomenon has reached every corner of the globe, including the campaign trials in America where Barack Obama and John McCain continue to campaign before thousands of people who could care less about anything either of these toads has to say about anything.

From the streets of Chicago, Barry (Barack Obama) tried to manipulate the news for tacky political gain by suggesting that Chinese parents should make sure that their children can speak Spanish, just in case Hispanic athletes decide to apologize.

Out in the hot Arizona desert, John McCain declined to comment, but pointed out that making fun of slit-eyed people damn near caused him to lose the family jewels (his gonads) during the Vietnam war.

And out in California, the ACLU announced that it was recruiting 3,500 recent law school graduates to go into immediate training for the 2012 Olympics in London so as to cover the expected carnage when English is the language of the host nation.

In addition, La Raza, also known as the Brown KKK, announced that it will be in London in 2012 as well, just to "make sure the Brits don't push that English crap too far."

Still, there is a bright side to all this: With both the ACLU and La Raza stalking good people in London, real Americans will be free to kick a few million illegal aliens back across the border!

To which sane patriots immediately demand: Why the Hades not?

After all, each and every one of the interlopers came here one at a time; let us send them home the same way!

To facilitate that process, the list below provides a partial rendering of the goodies that would come our way if deportations started in earnest this afternoon:

*Emergency rooms would be used to treat medical emergencies, instead of being day care centers for freeloading foreign parasites;

*California would again be a blue state. Perhaps, in time, the Golden State might even be a safe haven for flying the American flag and other "jingoistic" excesses;

*Leaf blowers and Se Hablo Espanol signs would go the way of analog televisions and pay phones;

*Food like nachos, tacos, and burritos would be imported treats, rather than being hawked on every street corner by non-English speaking hawkers;

*Obesity would decline sharply as sedentary Americans would be forced to mow their own lawns, clean their own homes, and wash their own cars;

*San Francisco's population would be reduced to a few thousand gay activists, a mentally and morally retarded Board of Supervisors, and a mayor with a promising future in gay porn, but absolutely no future in politics or law;

*America's inmate population would plunge 30 percent, forcing federal, state, and local authorities to close hundreds of prisons and jails, saving taxpayers hundreds of billions each year;

*Welcome to America! would replace subversive "Press 1 for English" recorded messages;

*Demand for bilingual teachers would decline to the same level as for typewriter and VCR repair technicians;

*Unemployed and unemployable ACLU attorneys would be forced to flip burgers and scoop fries at McDonald's just to survive. Justice at last!;

*The Catholic Church would revert to being a "sanctuary pew" for gay priests, pedophiles in training, and poor white trailer trash too hooked on cigarettes and booze to be Mormons;

*Fast food restaurants would no longer exist, forcing Americans to feast on tofu and celery, thereby putting hundreds of cardiac surgeons out of work;

*Instead of a huge budget deficit, California would have an obscene surplus--taxes would be cut 20 percent;

*Welfare fraud and ID theft would no longer be considered as major crimes in those FBI statistics reports;

*Antonio Villagarosa would be picking avocados in Salinas rather than destroying the once great city of Los Angeles as it's Mayor;

*Both chambers of the US Congress would still be controlled by Republicans, rather than being in the hands of the enemy;

*Duyba Bush would be forced to learn proper English, rather than relying on illegal aliens to make him sound good by comparison!

*Hillary Clinton's approval rating would less than that of Osama bin Laden in New York City, and

*Freeing poor illegal aliens from "Living in the Shadows of American society" would no longer be the rallying cry for millions of Marxist wusses intent on destroying our great nation!

W Finally Gets Serious About National Sovereignty and Borders!

What is that you say? President Bush has finally gotten tough on sovereignty and borders?

If true, we have nothing short of a first-class miracle in the making.

Hold on, mate. Before we decide to crown some other dude as "Worst president in US History," Bush's comments need to be placed in context.

In fact, President Bush was in hussy fit over how Russia has abused the sovereignty and borders of the tiny nation of Georgia. He was particularly piqued at the Russian vision for Georgia, which does not include the provinces of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.

"These regions are a part of Georgia and the international community has repeatedly made clear that they will remain so," said Bush, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice at his side. "There's no room for debate on this matter."

Bush went on to add that Georgia's borders need to be respected.

Pity, is it not, that the passion our commander-in-chief has for defending the borders of a foreign nation thousands of miles away is not replicated when it comes to our own borders?

Wouldn't it be nice to know that our president is as concerned about about Mexico's attempt to Reconquesta Texas, California, Arizona, New Mexico, and the rest of the Southwest by flooding the area with illegal aliens as he is about Russia's lust for South Ossetia and Abkhazia?

Bush's second message to Calderon should be: Do not let your damn peasants cross the border into America to begin with. Keep them in Mexico or we will do it for you, Felipe!

How Do You Say English Only! In Spanish?

Hooray for common sense and the American way! Good news comes to us this day from Wichita, Kansas.

That is because of a ruling by U.S. District Judge J. Thomas Marten in which he ruled that St. Anne Catholic School's English-only policy did NOT create a "hostile educational environment" for Hispanic students.

Judge Marten went on to deny a request from three Hispanic families to end the practice at St. Anne; therefore, English-only will continue to be the official school policy. *

Although the victory is quite gratifying, it is a pity that so much time and money was wasted pandering to muddled Hispanics who refuse to assimilate.

This is another example of why America needs a Constitutional Amendment to make English the official language in the United States--and the only language for government, education, law, commerce, and other vital venues.

This is, after all, America, and we speak English here!

To those who are bothered by English, be advised that America has good highways and roads leading southward, to a third-world slum where Spanish is spoken.

That would be Mexico, and do not the door hit you and your tribe of illiterate peasants in the posteriors on your way out!

By the way judge, did you verify the immigration status of the plaintiffs? Odds are, the complaining parties are illegal aliens who have no right to be in American to begin with.

First it was illegal alien Jose Medellin who was whisked off to hell after receiving a lethal injection on Tuesday evening. From the time of injection until Medellin's worthless life was terminated, a grand total of nine minutes elapsed.

On Thursday evening, it was Heliberto Chi, a ruthless killer and illegal alien from Honduras who learned all about southern hospitality, Texas style, from the end of a needle. As was the case with Medellin, Chi lasted nine minutes before leaving this temporal existence.

Besides being a killer, Chi was clearly an idiot, a comedian, or both. This is so because among the killer's last words were these: ""God forgive them, receive my spirit."

For a murderous thug to paraphrase words uttered by Jesus Christ is blasphemy, an offense for which Chi should suffer excruciating, endless pain while being confined to the hottest fires of hell for eternity.

For those who support the death penalty, the reaction to Texas justice can be summed up in a single word: "NEXT!"

Obama Creates Pandering Oxymoron: Law-abiding Illegal Aliens!

After nearly eight years of W-speak, in which the English language has been routinely mangled beyond recognition, one might expect a clean and articulate Barack Obama to bring dignity back to public discourse.

Most regrettably, Barack Obama has decided that trolling for votes through traitorous pandering is more important than precise speech.

Thus, his recent pledge of amnesty for "law-abiding illegal aliens."

Regardless of one's feelings about illegal aliens, the simple fact is that their presence alone disqualifies each and every one from being "law abiding."

At a minimum, all illegal aliens have violated immigration laws and US borders. Many have engaged in other criminal acts, including consumption of public services to which they are not entitled.

To leave open the possibility that any illegal alien can be logically seen as "law abiding" is about as absurd as describing Islam as a "Religion of Peace."

Or as nutty as calling for a "temporary tax," as Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger recently did while searching for a fix to California's budget quagmire.

"Honest liberals," "financially-responsible Democrats," and "moderate feminist" are other examples of language abuse that should be outlawed.

Fifteen years ago, Jose Medellin participated in the murder and rape of Jennifer Lee Ertman, 14, and Elizabeth Pena, 16.

A story in the Dallas News describes the carnage as follows:

"It was the start of a savage hourlong attack by Medellin, then 18, and five fellow gang members, who raped the girls and forced them to perform sex acts before beating then strangling them with a belt and shoelaces. It would be four days before their bodies, decomposing in the Houston heat, were found. By then Medellin already had boasted to friends about having “virgin's blood” on his underpants."

Fifteen years later, the great state of Texas extracted a partial measure of justice from the sub-human illegal alien.

The good news was reported by the Houston Chronicle with these words:

"Medellin was pronounced dead at 9:57 p.m., nine minutes after the lethal dose was administered.” (Texas is on Central time.)

No doubt, the death certificate will list 'lethal injection' as the official cause of Medellin's death. It could just as easily read, "Choked on Virgin Blood," in reference to the jocular celebration that came back to haunt Medellin late in the day on August 5, 2008.

Many people who normally support the death penalty were opposed this time because of the supposed violation of international treaties and the potential future harm that could be visited upon Americans incinerated in foreign lands.

That argument is surely of great merit in learned legal circles, but any American who has committed the types of heinous crimes attributed to Medellin does not, in my view, deserve a great deal of sympathy.

Simply being an American does not justify behavior ordained by Satan.

Politically, the liberal media and politicians will abandon all common sense in rushing to the defense of the departed killer, while forgetting the grotesque end he gleefully brought to Jennifer Lee Ertman and Elizabeth Pena.

A strong message must be delivered to those who moan when justice wins the day:

Forget about wringing your hypocritical hands in angst over the likes of Jose Medellin! Instead, join forces with reasonable Americans to prevent thugs like Medellin and Edwin Ramos (San Francisco sanctuary city killer) from invading this nation to begin with!

So while the law will not permit justice to be fully exacted, at least the planet will be partially blessed by the removal of Jose Medellin from this dimension.

Representative Tom Tancredo (R-Littleton) has recently written you with suggestions for dealing with the huge budget problems that confront you and the people of California.

Rep. Tancredo wisely points out that many billions of dollars are being spent to provide public services to illegal aliens, people who should not even be in America or California, and whom most assuredly are not entitled to feed at the public trough.

This past week, you proposed to reduce the income of 200,000 state employees in order to end the budget impasse. Your proposal would force state employees to live on the federal minimum wage, currently $6.55 an hour.

As you are aware, state employees are American citizens who have mortgages to pay, children to educate, and lives to live. Moreover, state employees are public servants, rather than public sponges, as is the case with illegal aliens.

Furthermore, recent events in San Francisco have made it tragically clear that the damage inflicted by illegal aliens is not limited to pilfering state resources.

Specifically, on June 22 an illegal alien from El Salvador, named Edwin Ramos, allegedly shot and killed an American man and his two sons after an argument at a traffic light.

Ramos, a twice-convicted felon, should have been deported years ago.

However, because San Francisco is a Sanctuary City, Ramos was allowed to remain in The City where he snuffed out the lives of three Americans.

From this incident and the current state budget fiasco ensues a critical question:

Why are American lives and taxpayer dollars being sacrificed in order to shield illegal aliens?

With all due respect from one whom has voted for you twice, purging the funds spent on illegal aliens is far more compassionate and responsible than punishing American citizens who work to benefit the public.

In addition, removing illegal aliens from the public trough would have the added benefit of causing these uninvited, unwelcome interlopers to self-deport, while at the same discouraging millions of others from coming here in the first place.

Forcing illegal aliens to leave our beautiful state would make our home a safer, healthier environment for all American citizens.

I encourage you to adopt the suggestions provided by Rep. Tancredo.

California must not raise taxes or take other punitive actions against American citizens while ignoring the financial and criminal damage inflicted by illegal aliens.

Barack Obama recently accused America of domestic terrorism against illegal aliens when he said:

With all due respect, senator, babies torn from their nursing mothers will not starve, and children who come home to find their criminal parents missing will survive.

Furthermore, ICE raids are a vital tool in the war against illegal aliens. We need a 1000 percent increase in ICE raids, regardless of the impact on nursing babies!

Being caught up in an immigration raid may be inconvenient and unpleasant, but it is not, in and of itself, a life and death circumstance.

On the other hand, Americans who fall victim to terrorism at the hands of illegal aliens are not always so fortunate. Take the case of Tony Bologna and his two sons, for instance.

The Bolognas were allegedly murdered in San Francisco by an illegal alien from El Salvador, named Edwin Ramos. Ramos is a wretched monster, who had been convicted of two violent felonies earlier in his life, crimes committed while he was a juvenile illegal alien.

In most venues, Ramos would have been escorted out of town at the blunt end of a boot worn by a deportation officer.

Unfortunately, San Francisco is run by "progressive" lunatics who have designated their town as a Sanctuary City, where federal law and common sense have no standing when it comes to illegal aliens.

As a result, Edwin Ramos, a twice-convicted felon, was able to remain in San Francisco where he killed three members of the Bologna family during a road rage incident.

The real terrorists in this case are Mayor Gavin Newsom, the Board of Supervisors and other idiots in power who concern themselves with the welfare of illegal aliens and nursing babies while the well being of Americans is ignored.

San Franisco Shields Illegal Aliens, Americans Die

Illegal immigration is a "hot button" issue all across America as elected officials seek to reverse the encroachment of America by millions of foreigners who come here in willful violation of our borders and laws.

More restrictive and punitive statutes are being codified into law at the state and local levels to discourage illegal migration in the first place, and to encourage illegals already here to get the hell out.

That is true except in bastions of liberalism like San Francisco.

The City, as San Franciscans brashly refer to their famous-notorious town, decided years ago that it was to be a sanctuary-haven for illegal aliens. Thus, it became official policy that San Francisco would not cooperate with federal agencies seeking to enforce immigration law.

In an unwise extension of the policy, juveniles who also happened to be convicted felons were not turned over to Uncle Sam for deportation. Instead, bureaucrats spent scores of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money to fly youthful offenders home.

For what purpose? To keep the dossiers of the young criminals free from deportation, which would preclude reentry at a later date.

Just how that incredible waste of money was supposed to benefit taxpayers and citizens is an unsolved mystery, one that is not likely to be solved any time soon.

In addition to wasting money to fly felons home, millions of taxpayer loot was spent to house illegal aliens, rather than turning them over to authorites for assignment to federal facilities.

If that is not outrageous enough, The City recently spent $86,000 to advertise its status as a sanctuary city.

The idea was to invite illegal aliens and their families to come to The City to escape the stress and strain of "living in the shadows," that inhumane condition that upsets sensitive illegals unfortunate enough to live in municipalities that actually enforce the law.

However, recent developments have all but ended much of this liberal madness. No longer are Mayor Gavin Newsom and the other liberals who run San Francisco so eager to bring attention to The City's warped ideas on immigration.

This is so because San Francisco is being forced to face the consequences of political malpractice, and possible criminal negligence, resulting from murders committed by a man who would have been deported were it not for The City's sanctuary city policy.

Clearly, the good people of San Francisco have allowed a band of reckless lunatics to take over the Mayor's office, the Board of Supervisors, and most of the damned city.

Mayor Newsom should be forced to leave office immediately and held criminally responsible for the death of three members of the Bologna family.

To leaders in San Francisco with at least a smidgen of common sense a suggestion:

Single Solution to Illegal Immigration AND Gasoline Crisis

That may sound far-fetched, until one considers the news coming out of a Las Vegas courtroom recently.

Two executives and the corporate owner of 11 northern Nevada McDonald's restaurants pleaded guilty to felony immigration charges and agreed to pay $1 million in fines.

Company directors Joe Gillespie of Sparks and former vice president Jimmy Moore allegedly hired illegal aliens to flip Big Macs and scoop out greasy, salt-laden French fires.

That crime was bad enough, but Gillespie and Moore went the extra mile by providing invading criminals with false identities and social security numbers belonging to Americans!

Regrettably, plans to destroy America are not an obsession with only George W. Bush. Indeed, both of the major party candidates for president are squarely on the wrong side of this critical issue.

Liberals salivate at the prospect of 38 million new instant Democrats to replace educated Americans too bright to remain puppets of the left.

Profit-driven corporations with little or no concern for homeland security, American sovereignty, rule of law, and preservation of our language and culture, are also eager to legalize millions of peasants who will work for below-minimum wage and without benefits.

Of course, elitists like Bush, John McCain, and Barack Obama and their cronies in big business can dismiss concerns about the "Mexicanization" of America because their families will be isolated from the devastation.

Elitists' children will attend private schools free from the hordes of non-English speaking invaders who impede the instruction of real American students.

Learners in the Obama family will be exposed to foreign languages, but it will more likely be French than Spanish.

Elitists' homes will be in upscale residential areas where invaders cut lawns and scrub toilets. Having served their elitist clients, invaders return to barrio slums and tiny apartments shared by multiple families.

The lawns of estates in the Bush neighborhood will not be cluttered with a half-dozen broken down cars, tended to by beer guzzling criminals screaming obscenities in Mexican.

Elitists' churches and other places of worship will remain segregated by neighborhood and wealth. The only invaders Hillary Clinton is likely to encounter at her place of worship are janitors who dust the pews and clean the baptismal font.

In other words, to out-of-touch elitists like George Bush, greedy business people, and Democrats, the deterioration of America will be virtually invisible.

However, for what remains of America's middle and lower classes, the Mexicanization of America will mean an abrupt and bitter end to the American Dream.

Liberal spin-doctors will even try to sell the ruination of America as a good thing because, according to the socialist's pledge of allegiance, "Diversity is our greatest strength!"

Playing Ping Pong With a John McCain Supporter

A John McCain supporter recently challenged my criticism of the candidate's position on amnesty and posed the following question, in part:

" Are we going to insist on a strict application of the law? Are we going to increase government spending and expand police powers to root out people who have done what immigrants have done for generations? Wouldn't we be better to set a timeline and give permanent resident status to those who have become Americans while focusing on those who come here for less admirable reasons?"

My response was as follows:

This time, we had damn well better insist on strict application of the law or we can kiss America good bye!

I am sure you are familiar with the Immigration and Reform Control Act (IRCA) of 1986 which granted amnesty to about three million illegal aliens, and which set forth law for punishing employers who hire illegal aliens and for deportation of the illegals themselves.

Although amnesty was granted to millions of illegals pursuant to IRCA, the enforcement pieces were never implemented. Therefore, 12-38 million additional illegals have invaded America since 1986.

The lesson from 1986 is brutally simple: Amnesty only encourages more illegal border crossings. Period.

Unfortunately, no administration, neither Democrat nor Republican, has even attempted to enforce IRCA. Even after the terrorist attack of 9/11, our borders remain unsecured.

Surely, that must be the most outrageous scandal of our times.

Your proposal, and that of John McCain, would attract another 40 million illegal aliens, or more, to our wonderful nation.

Another point: If John McCain's amnesty were implemented, the message to the criminals-made- citizens would be: America talks tough about law and order, but they do not mean it!

Is that the sort of message that "new citizens" should be bringing to the nation?

What other laws can be ignored with impunity? Laws regarding payment of income taxes? Obeying speed limits? Drink and driving?

The mind boggles!

Some Republicans have expressed concern about alienating the Hispanic vote and rendering the Republican Party a minority for decades to come.

That argument really frightens me because it says, in essence, the following: The rule of law should be ignored if lawlessness is needed to secure votes and power.

That prospect is very frightening. If the Hispanic voting bloc can only be counted on by ignoring the rule of law, then I say ignore Hispanics and push for the rule of law!

Giving in to those who have no regard for American sovereignty or rule of law would eventually doom our nation to a third-world existence.

I also know of no quicker or more certain way to consign the Republican Party to a permanent minority status than by abandoning conservative values.

Then you have the allegiance issue. Perhaps you remember two summers ago when millions of illegal aliens took over the streets of Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago and Dallas to DEMAND rights that they were simply not entitled to. And they did so while hoisting Mexican flags and Spanish banners.

To put that into perspective, in a recent interview with the New York Times, John McCain was asked to name the individual he would cite as a "model" conservative.

That would be Barry Goldwater, Ronald Reagan, or perhaps even George W. Bush, right?

The answer: None of the above.

In fact, McCain said the following about his own political leanings: "I count myself as a conservative Republican, yet I view it to a large degree in the Theodore Roosevelt mold," McCain said.

McCain's "model" conservative was, of course, a great American, much admired for his intelligence, energy, and determination. Roosevelt was also very hawkish on America.

So much so, in fact, that one must wonder if John McCain is even aware of Roosevelt's thoughts with respect to immigration?

For example, Roosevelt said the following about immigrants and being American:

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."
It is a wretched shame that Teddy Roosevelt is not around in 2008 to set John McCain straight on American sovereignty, language, and culture.

Think about it:

How would Teddy react to the fact that 12-38 million uneducated, illiterate peasants from Mexico have illegally crossed US borders and have taken up unlawful residence in America in violation of our immigration laws?

How would he take it upon being learning that the overwhelming majority of illegal aliens in the US do not speak or understand English, and actually refuse to learn America's language?

How would Teddy react upon learning that millions of illegal aliens marched through the streets of America with Mexican flags and Spanish banners in tow as they demanded the same rights and benefits as American citizens?

What would Teddy Roosevelt say to a "conservative" presidential candidate who favored scuttling the rule of law in order to grant amnesty to the invaders?

The really big question: How would Teddy Roosevelt react if ordered to "Press 1 for English"?

Clearly, John McCain is no Teddy Roosevelt!

In sum, I believe that America must prevent future invasions by illegal aliens AND reverse the invasions that have already taken place through a non-compromising program of deportations.

Once the United States government shows that it is serious, millions of illegal aliens will self-deport and those waiting to invade will change their plans.

The future of America is at stake and conservative values are needed to represent American interests in this vital battlefield.

In my view, John McCain does not embrace the conservative values needed in these turbulent times.

Unless Senator McCain changes his position on amnesty, I will have no choice but to vote for a conservative third-party candidate, or alternatively, not vote at all!

Final point on deportations: George W Bush, John McCain and other appeasers insist that we cannot break up families by deporting millions of illegal aliens.

With all due respect, the illegal aliens separated themselves from family when they invaded America. And, after all, we would be sending them home.

Is it impossible to deport that many people?

Pretend for a moment that instead of being illiterate peasants, the illegal alien population was made up mostly of young, middle-aged, Arabic speaking Muslim males with Jihad potential.

Would it be impossible to deport the Islamofascists? Of course not!

Deporting illegal aliens can, and must, be done for the preservation of America!

Citizen Reacts to "Order" from World Court

Gentlemen of the Court:

We are in receipt of your ruling dated July 16, 2008, in which your deliberative body "ordered" the United States to stay the execution of five brutal killers from Mexico until their dossiers can be reviewed.

With all due respect, gentlemen, NO foreign authority on this planet, or in this or any other universe, is entitled to "order" the United States, or any of the several states, to do anything.

Unlike the limp-wrist wusses that have all but destroyed Europe, we Americans believe in the rule of law and justice for vermins like Jose Medellin who is scheduled to vacate planet Earth on August 5, 2008.

Medellin is the sub-human thug who took part in the gang rape and murder of two teenage girls 15 years ago. Over the past fifteen years, thousands of manhours have been wasted to review and appeal this murderer's case again and again.

President George W. Bush, a mole of the Mexican government rather than servant of the American people, mistakenly ordered the State of Texas to review Medellin's case, following the World Court ruling of 2004.

Bush's folly made it all the way to the United States Supreme Court, where the final court of authority in these great United States overruled the dim wit president, clearing the way for the execution on August 5.

No further review, appeal, or stalling will be tolerated.

On August 5, Jose Medellin will be put to death by lethal injection, a procedure that involves approximately the same pain one suffers when getting a flu shot.

Many American believe that Medellin should suffer greatly for the brutal disregard he had for the dignity and lives of those young girls fifteen years ago. But, because of the insanity of liberalism stateside, full justice will not be exacted.

Nonetheless,out of a sense of humanitarian concern, I have made a slight concession with regard to Jose Medellin.

Specifically, I have written President Bush and Texas Governor Perry and have "ordered" them to return Medellin's remains to Mexico for further review once the death certificate has been filed by the attending physican.

There will be a nominal-handling fee collected from the authorities in Mexico before Medellin's remains are released.

As always, we appreciate the input of the World Court on these matters. Your rulings are rich fodder for late-night comedians here.

"Surge" Needed at Mexican Border!

Those who favor amnesty for the 12-38 million illegal aliens currently in the United States have fashioned a new plea for sympathy that goes something like this:

Let's make illegal aliens LEGAL, so they will no longer have to live in the "shadows."

Political "leaders" like Barack Obama and John McCain are actually trying to sell amnesty with this illogical message.

As is the case with ALL arguments in favor of illegal aliens, the "bring them out of the shadows" nonsense is nothing but recycled snake oil.

To begin with, illegal aliens are NOT forced to live in shadows. Each and every last one of these free loading criminals is free to obey U.S. law by getting the hell out of America and returning to Mexico.

Now!

And take your freaking shadows with you!

Secondly: In recent years, millions of illegal aliens marched boldly through the streets of Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas and other American cities to DEMAND amnesty.

Many stupidly waved Mexican flags and carried Spanish banners to publicize their deamnds.

Even to the most unsophisticated observer, it was obvious that these renegade monsters were not inhibited and were certainly not timidly hiding in shadows.

The real solution to dealing with these miscreants:

Secure the borders militarily, deport all illegal aliens currently here, and enforce existing immigration laws.

Barack Obama Issues Fatwa Against American Citizens

Speaking at a "Trolling for Hispanic Votes" event at La Raza, the charismatic Democrat took on the Immigration Control and Enforcement (ICE) agency, essentially accusing ICE agents and other law enforcement authorities of being domestic terrorists.

Were he a true patriot, Obama could provide a far greater service to America and its citizens by pressuring Hispanic parents to teach their children the following essential truths about America:

* America is a sovereign nation, completely independent of Mexico. It has been that way for more than 200 years, and we intend to keep it that way.

* In 1848, The Treaty of Guadeloupe Hidalgo was ratified by both the United States and Mexican congresses. That Treaty satisfied any and all claims Mexico had to land now part of the United States.

* Native Indians were the original landowners of what is now the Southwestern United States. Any valid “chain of title” belongs to Native American Indians, not Mexicans.

* Brown may be beautiful in Latin America. But in the United States, we are partial to colors that symbolize freedom under the rule of law. That would be Red, White and Blue.

* In America, Mexico is a foreign nation and Spanish is a foreign language.

* Being hard working and good hearted is commendable, but those qualities do not entitle anyone to enter the United States illegally.

* Speaking two or more languages is fine-- provided one of the languages is English. Literacy in Spanish but not English is not acceptable.

* Celebrating ones cultural heritage is perfectly fine--provided it does not interfere with assimilation into American culture.

* U.S. immigration laws exist to protect American citizens & others here legally, not to facilitate a foreigner’s pursuit of a better life, and

* Those who come to America must adjust to our culture and traditions. We have no obligation or desire to change our way of living to accommodate foreign newcomers.

Now that is the message that Barack Obama should be delivering to Hispanic families!

Two years ago, Senator Barack Obama called the loss of 3,100 Americans (at the time)in the war on terror "wasted lives."

Unfortuately,the liberal Democrat does not have the same concern about lives lost here at home to illegal aliens.

As documented in a report by Joseph Farah and titled "Illegal Aliens Murder 12 Americans Daily," illegal aliens murder an average of 4,380 Americans each year.

And that does not include the 4,750 Americans killed by drunken illegal aliens every year! That, by the way, equals 23,725 "wasted lives," since 9/11. (And about 2,000 more than the "surge" that President Bush has ordered)

John McCain: You're No Teddy Roosevelt!

In a recent interview with the New York Times, John McCain was asked to name the individual he would cite as a "model" conservative.

That would be Barry Goldwater, Ronald Reagan, or perhaps even George W. Bush, right?

The answer: None of the above.

In fact, McCain said the following about his own political leanings: "I count myself as a conservative Republican, yet I view it to a large degree in the Theodore Roosevelt mold,” McCain said.

McCain's "model" was of course a great American, much admired for his intelligence, energy, and determination. Roosevelt was also very hawkish on America.

So much so, in fact, that one must wonder if John McCain is even aware of Roosevelt's thoughts with respect to immigration?

In 1907, for example, Roosevelt said the following about immigrants and being American:

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

It is a wretched shame that Teddy Roosevelt is not around in 2008 to set John McCain straight on American sovereignty, language, and culture.

Think about it:

How would Teddy react to the fact that 12-38 million uneducated, illiterate peasants from Mexico have illegally crossed US borders and have taken up unlawful residence in America in violation of our immigration laws?

How would he take it upon being learning that the overwhelming majority of illegal aliens in the US do not speak or understand English, and actually refuse to learn America's language?

How would Teddy react upon learning that millions of illegal aliens marched through the streets of America with Mexican flags and Spanish banners in tow as they demanded the same rights and benefits as American citizens?

What would Teddy Roosevelt say to a "conservative" presidential candidate who favored scuttling the rule of law in order to grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens?

In light of this tirade of babble, perhaps Comrade Obama can answer two simple questions:

If Europeans from across the great pond can speak English, why in the hell are millions of Mexicans from just a couple of hundred miles away unable to do so? , and

Why is taxpayer money wasted to provide information in Spanish and other languages to those who refuse to learn English?

Obama's warped reasoning seems to follow this illogical sequence:

1. America has a moral obligation to grant amnesty to millions of Mexicans and other Hispanics who have invaded the United States.

2. Once 12-38 million illegal aliens have been amnestied, Americans will have no choice but to learn Spanish in order to make things comfortable for the large population of once criminal newcomers.

That bit of illogic is Liberalism 101, in a nutshell.

Like most Democrats, Obama seems to favor a sub-nation of bi-illiteracy; that is, millions of peasants illiterate in both English and Spanish, but who can be taught VOTE DEMOCRAT in a hurry!

What next Comrade Obama? Mandatory instruction in Arabic? Russian?

The bottom line is that Barack Obama's position with respect to language and immigration is a huge embarrassment, bordering on insanity, in any language.

Specifically, in a video aired on FOX network, Jackson leans over and whispers, "See, Barack been, um, talking down to black people on this faith based ... I want cut his n**s off ... Barack ... he's talking down to black people."

While Jackson was unveiling his scheme to neuter Barack Obama on national television, the would- be target of the "unkindest cut" was actually helping make Jackson's case by admonishing American parents to "make sure your children can speak Spanish."

Over the past several months, you have campaigned vigorously for the so-called Hispanic vote. Regrettably, that means that you continue to favor a path to citizenship (amnesty) for millions of illegal aliens.

In meeting with La Raza, going behind closed doors with Hispanic leaders in Chicago, and by visiting Columbia and Mexico, you have apparently joined your Democrat opponent in a bidding war to determine whom can do the most to appease those who have little or no regard for American sovereignty and the rule of law.

With all due respect, your advocacy on behalf of illegal aliens ignores the economic, social, educational, and cultural burdens that would be unfairly dumped on the backs of American citizens, most of whom are also taxpayers.

Furthermore, immigration reform anything like the McCain-Kennedy proposals from last summer would encourage millions now living in Mexico and other points south of our borders to come here illegally, thereby further jeopardizing homeland security and adding more distress to American citizens.

While in Mexico, you spoke about the need to secure US borders before reforming immigration law. On other occasions, you have vowed that your number one priority, if elected, would be immigration reform including a path to citizenship.

Senator, while your position on illegal aliens may endear you to some Hispanics, the simple fact is that it may cost you far more votes from conservatives who must insist on responsible governance in accordance with the rule of law.

Your opponent is widely regarded as a flip-flopping socialist who would be an unmitigated disaster for America, particularly if Democrats expand their majorities in the next Congress.

To be perfectly candid, I know of no conservative who would even consider voting for your Democratic rival. However, given your untenable position on illegal aliens, many conservatives will also be unable to vote for you.

That could mean a default victory for the radical socialist from Illinois.

Is that what you fought and sacrificed for in Vietnam, Senator?

Your unworthy opponent has developed a much-deserved reputation as one who flip-flops on critical issues.

Normally, that would be a negative trait for any politician, but in the case of John McCain and his position on illegal aliens, a flip-flop just might save his career and all of America.

Senator McCain, will you please reconsider your position on illegal aliens?

Why not embrace a plan that immediately secures the borders, deports those here illegally, and requires an orderly and lawful process for all people wishing to join us and partake of the American Dream?

"The inquiry, which initially focused solely on tomatoes, has expanded to include cilantro, Jalapeño peppers, Serrano peppers, scallions and bulb onions..."

The unanswered question: Why did it take the government so long to act?

Why indeed? After all, on June 19 Lou Dobbs pointed out that the Bush administration was not meeting its responsibility to protect the American people from the salmonella scandal.

Dobbs, intrepid truth warrior, went on to call for the impeachment of President W. Bush owing to Dubya's reluctance to offend Mexico, even when the health and lives of Americans were at risk!

In a remarkable display of intelligence, courage, and wisdom seldom seen on CNN Dobbs' said,

"You know, I have heard a lot of reasons over the years as to why George W. Bush should be impeached. For them to leave the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in this state, its leadership in this sorry condition and to have no capacity apparently or will to protect the American consumer – that is alone to me sufficient reason to impeach a president who has made this agency possible and has ripped its guts out in its ability to protect the American consumer. It’s insane what is going on here."

Dobbs' argument in a nutshell: Just Say NO! to Tomatoes, Jalapeño Peppers, etc., from Mexico!

As it turns out, Dobbs was exactly right, as he always is, and Dubya is guilty, as he always is, of appeasing Mexico, even when harm is inflicted on American citizens.

Again, Lou Dobbs has refused to buckle to political correctness when reporting the news.

Texas To Expunge Mexican Garbage on August 5th

Despite the frantic efforts of our moronic president, the great state of Texas is scheduled to purge Mexican-born Jose Medellin from this earthly existence on August 5.

Its called justice, however, in the case of Jose Medellin, death by lethal injection is not really just.

For substantiating facts, consider, please, this Associated Press report concerning one Jose Medellin:

"Medellin was convicted in the June 1993 torture, rape and strangling of Elizabeth Pena, 16, and Jennifer Ertman, 14. The Houston girls, whose bodies were found four days after they failed to return from a friend’s house, had been attacked as they took a shortcut along some railroad tracks and stumbled on a group drinking beer after initiating a new gang member. Evidence showed the girls were gang raped for more than an hour, then were kicked and beaten before being strangled by a belt or shoelaces."

Now that is work that Americans refuse to do!

Clearly, Medellin is another sterling example of the "good hearted, hard working" sub-human garbage from Mexico that George W. Bush is so fond of.

Medellin's date with death was set by a state district judge in Houston after the US Supreme Court in March voted against hearing Medellin's case. The panel said President Bush overstepped his authority by trying to order Texas to reopen his case and the cases of 50 others born in Mexico and condemned for murders in the U.S.

Alcoholic Anonymous has earned worldwide fame for its success in treating people afflicted with alcoholism. The heart of AA is the twelve step program which, when followed religiously, usually delivers the gift of sobriety.

Illegal aliens are much the same as alcoholics; in fact, many invaders are drunks. Because of the urgent need to rehabilitate these good hearted, hard working criminals, the steps of AA have been adopted to the lives and times of illegal aliens.

As could be expected, the original version of the Twelve Steps of Illegal Aliens is in guttural Mexican, written and produced in San Francisco.

What follows is an English translation, offered for the benefit of taxpayers that need to know how their money is wasted on illegal aliens.

TWELVE STEPS OF ILLEGAL ALIENS ANONYMOUS

1. We admitted we were powerless over our relentless drive to violate US borders and law in order to invade America and steal public services to which we are are not entitled.

2. Came to believe that Deportations by a power greater than ourselves could be thwarted by simply moving to San Francisco and other bastions of anti-American insanity known as sanctuary cities.

3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to La Raza, the ACLU, the DNC, Barack Obama, and John McCain, and the mainstream media.

4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves. Finding none, we found "Family Values do not end at the Rio Grande" to be a mindless slogan uttered by a mindless politician bent on mindless pandering to Hispanics and mindless obstruction of the rule of law.

5. Admitted to no one, especially to agents of the Border patrol, Homeland Security, ICE, the Minutemen, and local law authorities, the exact nature of our wrongs.

6. Were entirely ready to march and riot in the streets should ICE or any other law enforcement agency even consider deporting illegal aliens to the Mexican side of the border.

7. Humbly asked Barack Obama and John McCain to grant amnesty to our sorry, brown butts no later than 1 PM on January 20, 2009.

8. Would have made a list of all persons we had harmed, and would have been willing to make amends to them all, were it not for the fact that we are but a collection of illiterate peasants who could care less about the fate of gringos foolish enough to get in our way.

9. Would never make direct amends to such people, especially since doing so would bring horrific damage to the Mexican economy and the sacred objectives of the Reconquesta movement.

10. Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly denied it and shouted RACISM! non-stop at the very top of our lungs.

11. Sought through alcohol and illegal drugs to improve our conscious contact with the omnipotent Illegal Alien in the Sky, as we understood Him, praying only for free tacos and ice-cold beer to sustain us throughout the scalding summer.

12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we carried this message to other illegal aliens and encouraged them all to vote Democrat in the November elections.

In his latest flip flop designed to outdo Barack Obama when it comes to trolling for Hispanic votes, McCain promised that he would make Immigration Reform, including a pathway to citizenship for illegal residents, "my top priority" if elected president.

Scooter Libby, One Year Later

Nearly one year ago, just hours after a federal appeals court refused to allow Scooter Libby to remain free pending the appeal of his perjury conviction, President Bush rushed forward to commute the jail sentence of the former aid to Vice President Cheney.

Although Bush kept Scooter from spending the 4th of July in the slammer, the president let stand Libby's felony conviction, the $250,000 fine, and a two-year probation period.

Most distressing, is the felony conviction.

That means that, in order to vote, Scooter will have to register as a Democrat, America's "big tent" party for the deceased, those here illegally, and felons.

Howard Dean calls it "inclusive politics," however; federal and state laws classify it as voter fraud.

Raising $250,000 should be relatively easy.

All Libby needs to do is contact a liberal publisher and mention that he would like to write an expose about Dick Cheney, from an "insider's" perspective.

You know, reveal dirty little secrets about Cheney's wonky heart (he does not actually have one!). The truth about shooting that lawyer in Texas (it was NOT an accident!).

Reveal how President Bush wanted Cheney's daughter Mary to abort her pregnancy until the president learned that the father was a good hearted, hard working (and fertile!) illegal alien from Mexico who needed an "anchor baby" to avoid deportation!

On and on. Make the manuscript crude enough, Scooter, and you could be on the New York Times Best Seller List before summer's end.

Even better still: Announce that you are going to include a chapter or so about the personal life of W, and you might see a full blown pardon coming your way before you get around to firing up your word processor!

In reality, Scooter Libby could have avoided prison and made a small fortune if he had played his cards differently.

Next time, Scooter, follow this strategery.

To begin with, right after your conviction, change your name to Jose` Libbernandez and assume a Spanish accent. A fake ID, including Social Security number and drivers license, can be purchased directly from Ted Kennedy out of his office on Capitol Hill.

Next, scurry down to Mexico, secure a respectable amount of marijuana, cocaine, and heroine, and steal across the border into the US at a location where you are most likely to be spotted by Border Patrol agents.

When spotted by Border Patrol, make a U-turn and started running back towards Mexico.

At that point, because they are racist pigs, the Border Patrol will chase you and most probably shoot you in the butt.

Do not panic: Your ship has finally come in!

After the Border Patrol has arrested you, Jose` Libbernandez, you will be allowed one call.

Use this call wisely by contacting the nearest ACLU office, and tell them you are an illegal alien who has been shot in the ass by the Border Patrol on the American side of the border.

Be sure to mention that you were shot while smuggling drugs into the US

Within 10 minutes or so, an ACLU lawyer will arrive at your cell to greet and comfort you. He or she will immediately begin working on your behalf, and will text message Homeland Security guru Michael Chertoff to inform him of your plight.

Before you are actually booked, the Chertoff goons, in concert with the ACLU, will have bailed you out of jail and arrested all of the offending Border Patrol agents to take your place.

You will then be granted immunity from any and all crimes in exchange for your testimony against the criminals, those punks who until two hours ago were Border Patrol agents.

Early next morning, your ACLU lawyer will visit you in your executive suite at the finest hotel in town (paid for by the DOJ) and get you to sign documents needed to sue the former Border Patrol agents, the US government, and all conservative radio talk show hosts and columnists.

Provided the ACLU can find the right leftist judge and a rigged jury, you could be rewarded for your troubles with a five million-dollar judgment!

That is nearly what you would have hauled in by selling all those drugs, Scooter!

What's that, Scooter? You are worried that you might be turned over to American authorities and prosecuted?

Forget it!

Remember, you are Jose` Libbernandez, a good hearted, hard working peasant who just came here to do work that Americans will not do! You are now part of a protected class; a man to who rule of law does not apply.

Have We No Compassion? What About Poor Haitians?

After invading criminals marched all across America “demanding” citizenship and full rights last spring, one must ask: What next?

How about the good people of Haiti? There is hardly a more oppressed and impoverished people in the world.

And Haitians have other advantages: They are uneducated and poor ''people of color.''

Perfect future Democrats, in other words.

Haitians do not speak English—which is another point in their favor, if you are stuck with a diseased liberal mind.

Hundreds, perhaps thousands, of Haitians set sail for the American Dream each year in leaky old wooden pallets, unsuitable for kindling wood, much less navigating the sea.

Risking life and limb, these courageous people come only in pursuit of a better life. Unlike Mexicans coming to retake the American Southwest, Haitians come only for freedom--and work.

Unfortunately for Haitians, they are usually intercepted at sea and turned back before reaching the U.S. mainland. Those who somehow make it in are immediately jailed, and prepared for deportation.

But to be perfectly fair, why shouldn't Haitians be allowed to congregate in major American cities to march and demand, demand, demand?

There are only 8.5 million of them. Surely we have room for a few million more?

Right, President Bush?

But, you say that Haitians would have to cross the sea, not a land border.

Right.

So, here is my plan. Haitians, start your life pallets and head for--Mexico! Once there, you can simply stroll across the U.S. border and start demanding rights, food, education, health care--in short, you can demand the American Dream.

After all, as good-hearted, hard working, non-English speaking people of color, you deserve American citizenship.

Mind you, you are not entitled to it, but because rule of law no longer matters in America, you derserve U.S. citizenship.

A word of caution to migrating Haitians: Do not get caught as an illegal alien in Mexico. The authorities there will regard you as a felon, and you can expect very harsh treatment from the same fools who think Americans should turn our beautiful nation over to 38 million illiterate peasants from Mexico.

One other tip: Once you arrive in Mexico, follow the taco and Cuervo beer lines to Los Angeles. Once a proud, majestic city, Los Angeles is now the Illegal Alien Capitol of the World.

The man in charge there, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, loves illegal aliens; in fact, he has about four million of them living on U.S. taxpayer money in Los Angeles, so I am sure he can find room for some needy Haitians.

Mayor Villaraigosa will arrange for all your needs, including voting ballots, housing, driver's licenses, education, food, and health care--the whole ball of wax.

Perhaps you are worried about language barriers? Fret not! Mayor Villaraigosa will require all public service providers to speak and write Haitian just for you!

Antonio is a ''giving'' kind of guy, especially when it comes to wasting taxpayers’ money. So relax and enjoy.

Mind you, the mayor is not very bright. He is what we call a Democrat, but, heck, when you are on the down-and-out, you take what you can get.

Supreme Court to Bush, Congress: BUILD THAT FENCE!

Until now, the US government has pretty much ignored the law by pretending that environmental concerns were a greater priority.

That mindless bit of malarkey has been brushed aside with dispatch now that the United States Supreme Court has denied another moronic appeal by environmental wackos intent on destroying America.

Ruling against further delays to erection of the border fence, the Supreme Court has delivered the following message, loud and clear,

"Mr. Bush, BUILD That Fence!"

And do it now, we might add!

After all, the American public is FED UP with the invasion of our sovereign nation by third-world outlaws from Mexico.

Even some Democrat politicians are finally getting the message: ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION MUST BE STOPPED NOW AND REVERSED!

Politicians who care about America and their careers must face these facts:

Mexico's Gifts to America: Illiterate Peasants, Salmonella, and Disease

As we Americans prepare to celebrate our 232nd birthday as a sovereign nation, we would be remiss if we did not acknowledge the influence that our neighbors to the south exert on our economy, health, and culture.

Although open borders advocates would say that unlawful migration from Mexico enriches America with new foods, language, and culture, the truth is exactly the opposite.

In fact, having Mexico as a neighbor is a disaster for America because of the tens of millions of illiterate peasants, Salmonella-tainted tomatoes, and disease brought into our great nation by third-world criminals.

Mexican food is hardly a blessing, given the lethal mix of salt, fat, cholesterol, and carbohydrates found in tacos, burritos, and refried beans. America's national diet has deteriorated rapidly with the introduction of these third-world junk foods into mainstream; diabetes and heart disease are nearly pandemic.

Diseases conquered here long ago are cropping up again, carried here by Mexican peasants who should not even be in the nation to begin with. The fact that US politicians and corporations are willing to expose the American people to the ravages of tuberculosis and other maladies just for cheap labor is scandalous.

Illegal aliens also devastate America's educational system as hordes of non-English speaking children invade our schools and retard the learning and educational progress of US citizens and others that have a right to be here.

"Dumbing down" is the correct colloquial term to describe the impact that Mexico is having on American curriculum and teaching standards. The fact that liberal teachers would rather deny a quality education to American citizens than risk harming the self-esteem of illegal aliens is most unhelpful.

Another tragic result of being Mexico's neighbor is the fact that nation cannot, or will not, house, feed, educate, or provide medical care for its own citizenry. The simpler (for Mexico) solution is to dump millions of illiterate peasants on the US side of the border for American taxpayers to deal with.

Some Advice for Mexico: Beggars Can't Be Choosers!

In the latest example of incomprehensible mindlessness coming from south of the U.S. border, politicians in third-world Mexico are "angry" because of conditions imposed by the United States as part of the Merida handout.

Merida is the latest rip-off proposed by Mexican mole George W. Bush and his pals in Congress. It would cause $1.4 billion dollars of hard-earned taxpayer loot to be deported to Mexico.

The purpose of Merida? Allegedly, to help bolster crime fighting by the Mexican government and, ultimately, to keep that nation's drug traffic out of America.

In other words, America would pay Mexican authorities $1.4 billion to enforce the law, and keep their dangerous and illegal drugs on their side of the border.

However, Mexican "pride" has caused some officials to balk at that $1.4 billion because of a contingency that would require Mexico to improve its deplorable human rights record.

That is analogous to a hobo- beggar refusing to accept a $100 bill if forced to take a much-needed shower!

To keep this issue in proper perspective, please remember that Mexico's human rights record ranks among the worse in the world.

For example, in March of 2008, the United Nations reported that Central American migrants traveling through Mexico to the United States face violence and abuse by Mexican authorities.

Jorge Bustamante, the U.N.'s Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants, said that there are "reports of rampant impunity for instances of corruption, including bribery and extortion, violence against women, and trafficking in children…[and] that the impunity seems to be linked to abuses of power at the municipal, state and federal levels."

Allan Wall is an American citizen who has lived in Mexico since 1991. As a long-time resident of Mexico, Wall is obviously aware of many things that the American media is unaware of, or deliberately chooses to ignore.

Wall recently authored an excellent article that examined the notion that Hispanics (including illegal aliens) share "family values" with Americans, and should, therefore, be welcomed into America with open arms.

Wall's piece, titled Mexican Family Values Won't Improve America?, begins with a look at the Hispanic "family Values" stereotype that permeates our dialog about immigration at the highest levels, including president of the United States.

Wall continues by pointing out that, to some, Hispanics are just better people than Americans and are going to improve the moral fiber of our country.

He describes that argument as "downright un-patriotic, " and opines that the if the moral fiber of American society has declined, and he believes that it has, then the solution is to work to improve it, not to replace Americans with foreigners.

In discussing traditional values, Wall uncovers an inconvenient truth: Hispanic women in the U.S. have higher illegitimacy and abortion rates than white women. Which leads one to the inescapable conclusion that mass immigration is definitely not improving the moral fiber of American society!

Another inconvenient truth bites the dust when the facts are exposed: The notion that American society is responsible for corrupting Mexican immigrants.

Wall takes that on by quoting Catholic Bishop Arizmendi whom laments the fact that young Mexicans grow up without hope, taking refuge in drugs, sex, videos, music, and fashion.

Wall reminds readers that the Bishop was referring to young Mexicans who live in Mexico—not those who have migrated to the U.S.

Additional statistics and discussion concerning child pornography, divorce, illegitimate birth, abortion, marital infidelity, and HIV in Mexico lead to Walls' withering conclusion:

"There is simply no reason to suppose that the current mass immigration of Mexicans and other Hispanics is going to improve the moral fiber of America!"

Wall ends his professorial masterpiece with a stern warning:

"Don't be deceived. Today's mass Mexican immigration—the 'Mexodus'—is not improving the moral fiber of the U.S.A.

"Old stereotypes die hard. How many times have we heard that Mexican and Hispanic immigration is good for the U.S., because Mexican and other Hispanic immigrants (including illegal aliens) have "family values"?

"Our own president is particularly fond of this argument. For example, at a National Hispanic Prayer Breakfast in 2006, Bush proclaimed (to applause) that , "The daily example of our Hispanic communities reminds us that strong faith and strong families can build a better future for all. We are more—we're a more hopeful society because men and women of Hispanic descent have put their faith and values into action."

"In fact, as long ago as 1993, Francis "End of History" Fukuyama said that 'But it would also seem a priori likely that third-world immigrants should have stronger family values than white, middle-class, suburban Americans, while their work ethic and willingness to defer to traditional sources of authority should be greater as well.' [Immigrants and Family Values, Commentary, May 1993].

"In 2003, former Mexican political operative Fredo Arias-King described interviewing pro-immigration social conservative U.S. congressmen on behalf of the PAN Party and Vicente Fox. Here's his impression of why they supported immigration:

'Congressmen in this group mentioned that the immigrants ‘bring family values’ that compensate for the perceived deterioration in the morality of Americans. Their preoccupation seemed to be a return to an America they feel is slipping away.' "

"That argument is downright un-patriotic, I don't care who makes it.

"If you believe that the moral fiber of American society has declined, and I do, then the solution is to work to improve it, not to replace Americans with foreigners.

"Any social conservative who wants to replace Americans with foreigners is an unpatriotic social conservative. "

"But, as it turns out, the argument is bogus even on its own terms. Mass immigration is definitely not improving the moral fiber of American society.

"As VDARE.COM's Edwin Rubenstein has documented, Hispanic women in the U.S. have higher illegitimacy and abortion rates than white women. That's quite an accomplishment when you think about it!

"Nevertheless, some clueless pro-lifers support mass immigration, despite the fact that mass immigration increases the American abortion rate! Figure that out!"

"Another argument: Mexicans have wonderful family values, but immigrants to the U.S. who have these social problems are being corrupted by American society.
"As Fukuyama put it in a review of Huntington's Who Are We?,
'The problem, as Alejandro Portes, a professor of sociology and immigration studies at Princeton, has pointed out, is not that Mexican and other Latino immigrants come with the wrong values, but rather that they are corrupted by American practices.' "

"And "Crunchy Con" Rod Dreher echoed the argument in a Beliefnet blog entry entitled "Leaving Mexico—and Strong Family Values":

'I heard from a Catholic friend today …(who) said that in his charity work, they're seeing lots of Mexican immigrant families shattered by the experience of living in America. Mostly men leaving their wives and children, but a startling number of women leaving their husbands and children. His theory is that the strength of the Mexican family is true... but only in Mexico. When they immigrate here, to a vastly different culture and lose their cultural reference points, many immigrants can't handle the freedom. He said they're seeing so many become unmoored from the kinds of traditions and restraints that probably kept them sound in Mexico, but which many of them cast aside once they get to America.' "

"Well, there's a little truth to this argument. Mexican immigrants to the U.S. do have higher illegitimacy rates in the U.S. than Mexicans do at home.

"But, on the other hand, Fukuyama and Dreher don’t seem to realize that illegitimacy rates in Mexico are in fact higher than rates in the U.S. overall. (More on that later).

"The problem with the 'Immigrants Corrupted by America' argument is that it goes too far in implying that Mexico is some sort of Family Values Moral Arcadia. As I've tried to tell people since my very first VDARE.COM article in 2001, there are all sorts of home-grown social problems in Mexico. Mexican society is not immune to the vast social changes occurring in other countries. Today social and moral values are under dispute in Mexico, as in other countries.

"On balance, there's simply no reason to suppose that the current mass immigration of Mexicans and other Hispanics is going to improve the moral fiber of our own country.

"And hey, I'm not the only one who is pointing out the social problems of Mexico—the Catholic Church is concerned about them as well. A recent article in El Universal, Mexico's paper of record, was entitled Preocupa a Iglesia descomposición social en México (“Social decomposition worries the Church”, April 2nd, 2008). It started out by reporting that 'The bishop Felipe Arizmendi Esquivel stated that the greatest concern of the [Catholic] church is not the decline in the numbers of Catholics, ‘but the lifestyle of many of them, the situation of violence and social decomposition.’ He [Bishop Arizmendi] said that the young people grow up disoriented, without a well-defined paternal figure, without personal identity and without hope, taking refuge in drugs, sex, videos, music, and fashion.'

"The Mexican youth the bishop is discussing, remember, are young Mexicans who live in Mexico—not those who have migrated to the U.S.

"As a high school teacher and college professor, I'm well aware that American pop culture is very popular with young Mexicans. They listen to American music and watch American TV shows and movies. My students are much more familiar with contemporary American pop music than I am (but I don't think I'm missing much).

"I freely admit that commercial American pop culture contains many bad influences for Mexican youth. But, if you know anything about Mexican pop culture and its celebrities, you know it's just as decadent.

"It was recently announced, incidentally, that Mexico is now #2 in the world in the quantity of Internet child pornography published. [Ocupa México segundo lugar en producción de pornografía infantil, El Universal, June 2, 2008]

"As far as divorce rates, Mexico still lags behind the U.S., which has one of the world's highest (36 for every 100 marriages as of 2005).

"Nevertheless, Mexico's divorce rate is increasing, and quite substantially. Just having lived here since 1991, I've seen the marriages of couples I know fall apart. And looking at it percentage-wise, in 1970 there were 3.2 divorces for every 100 marriages, in 1980 there were 4.4, in 1990 there were 7.2, in 2000 there were 7.4, by 2003 there were 11.0, in 2004 there were 11.8 and by 2006, for every 100 marriages there were 12.3 divorces.

'In other words, the Mexican divorce rate has quadrupled since 1970. The U.S. is still far ahead, but Mexico is working to close the gap.

'During the same time period, illegitimate births have increased in Mexico.

"They've increased in the United States too. According to UN statistics, in 1970 out-of -wedlock births accounted for 10.7% of U.S. births; by 1999 they had climbed to 33.0%, and by 2006 had reached an all-time high of 37%. Which is sad and disturbing.
But even back in 1970, the Mexican out-of-wedlock percentage of all births, 27.3%, was already higher than that of the U.S. And by 1993 the percentage of illegitimate births out of total births was 37.8%.

'There's even a curious Spanish euphemism for a bastard child—the baby is called an "hijo natural" (natural child), as if to imply that legitimate offspring are somehow unnatural! (A term also used by pre-Victorian English aristocrats, but no longer much used in English.)

'There was a recent publicized case of a "natural" child who was born to two very famous white Mexicans.

Santiago Creel (see photo here) is a prominent politician of the right-wing (by Mexican standards) PAN (National Action Party). Creel was former president Vicente Fox's handpicked successor, but was defeated in the party selection process by Felipe Calderon, who went on to win. Now Creel is president of the Senate, the Mexican equivalent of Harry Reid (but Creel is whiter).

"In 2004, Mexican actress Edith Gonzalez (photo here) gave birth to a daughter. As sometimes occurs with single Mexican female celebrities who get pregnant, she refused to reveal who the baby's father was.

"Well, Creel just got around to admitting that he is the father of the child, conceived when Creel was Secretary of the Interior and married to another woman. The reason it was discovered: Edith and Santiago (who are no longer in a relationship, Creel is divorced and has a new girlfriend) finally got around to registering Constanza, their blue-eyed child, in 2008, though she was born in 2004. Now those are some real family values for you! (Mother and daughter photo here ).

"Despite some attention in the celebrity press, it wasn't even considered much of a scandal. I think it would've been a bigger scandal in the United States.

"In recent years, the number of out-of-wedlock births and female-headed households has increased in Mexico. But most Mexican single moms are not as well-heeled as Edith Gonzalez.

"As of 2003, in the U.S. 8% of households with children were female-headed. This year, CONAPO (Mexican Population Council) reported that as of 2000, 20.6% of Mexican homes were female-headed. That was up from 13.5% at the end of the 70s.

"And in 2007 CONAPO announced that 23% of Mexican households were female-headed.

"In 2006, CONAPO (Mexican Population Council) reported that 20% of Mexican mothers are (for whatever reason) single mothers. Among younger women (under 30), one out of five got pregnant when they were single. [Madres solteras desafían estereotipos, (“Single Mothers Defy Stereotypes”—itself a very stereotypical headline.)By Cristina Pérez-Stadelmann, El Universal, August 30 2006]

"Some other telling statistics from CONAPO: Of the nearly 2 million births in Mexico in 2008, 15.5% were to females between the ages of 15-19, and around 7,000 girls from 12-14 years of age had had at least one child.

"So how about abortion? On paper, Mexican abortion law is stricter than U.S. law. But Mexican abortion law is hardly enforced.

"Estimates of how many illegal abortions are performed vary wildly. But some activists on both sides agree that there are somewhere between 500,000 to 1.5 million abortions performed annually in Mexico. If true, that would be comparable to the number of annual legal abortions in the United States—which has three times Mexico's population.

"And just last year the Mexico City municipal government legalized abortion on demand for the first trimester.

"Regarding the spread of HIV, a recent study carried out in rural Mexico cast the local men in a very unflattering light. The purpose of the study was "to investigate the factors that outline HIV risk among married women in…one of Mexico's rural communities." Marital infidelity by the husbands was the principal factor in HIV infection among the wives.

"And it was related to migration both within Mexico and in the U.S.:

"A major aspect in the study was that married men in the community left their homes to travel to the United States or large Mexican cities for jobs. While away for long periods, they engaged in extra-marital and unsafe sex, which can lead to HIV infection. When men return home, they infect their wives with the deadly virus during sexual intercourse.

"This leads once again to the emigration factor—how mass emigration of Mexican men worsens family disintegration in Mexico. Besides HIV infections, it encourages some men to abandon their families, as I reported in my 2004 article 'Deadbeat Dads Don't Stop at the Rio Grande."

"Allowing mass emigration from Mexico exacerbates family disintegration and causes all sorts of problems for family members left behind.

"To provide just on example, in one of the schools in which I worked, I had a divorced co-worker whose ex-husband never sent her any sort of alimony or child support for her or for their daughter.

"Why? Because he was living in the U.S. and nobody could (or would) track him down.

"How many other Mexican women and children are in similar situations—or worse? These are the victims that the Open Borders lobby doesn't give a hoot about. That's why they try to change the subject and smear immigration reform patriots, lobbing accusations of "racism" and other such red herrings.

"Certainly, contemporary American society has many social problems, and it's not fair to blame them all on immigration.
Nevertheless, there is not one of our social problems that is improved by immigration. Instead, immigration is making existing problems worse. "

Dubya's Executive Order Re Illegal Aliens: Too Little, Too Late!

The White House has announced that President George W. Bush signed an executive order requiring that those who do business with the federal government assure that their employees are working in the country legally.

It should have been one of the lead headlines on Wednesday, September 12, 2001, in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks.

Instead, Dubya decided to invade a nation 8,000 miles away while leaving our borders unsecured.

As a result, untold millions of illegal aliens and potential terrorists have invaded America, while the Iraq war has destroyed the Republican Party and threatens to leave the nation in the hands of confirmed socialists like Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and all the rest.

Shame on George W. Bush for such reckless and foolish abdication of his constitutional responsibilities!

More Offensive: Confederate Flag, or Illegals Marching w/Mexican Flag?

One of the most disconcerting aspects of liberal bigots is their insatiable appetite for tearing down anything American in order to build up anti-American sentiment and people.

The issue over the Confederate Flag is an excellent example.

Most liberals have nothing but contempt for one the most lasting and cherished symbols of the South; preferring to label those who revere the Confederate Flag as red-necked racists and hate mongers.

To most liberals, diversity is a terrific concept, except when it spawns tolerance for ideas and practices that the left opposes.

Long live liberal fascists?

Amazingly enough, those same self-righteous liberals who are so anxious to disembowel American citizens for flying the Confederate Flag will defend millions of illegal aliens who take over our streets while boasting the Mexican flag!

If ever there was a flag that should be banned in America, it is the flag of Mexico, our third-world neighbors who dump their illiterate peasants on the US side of the border for US taxpayers to feed, house, educate, and provide medical care for.

Bottom Line: Give me a redneck with a Confederate Flag any day over a brown-necked illegal alien with a Mexican flag!

John McCain, Illegal Aliens, and God

From his bag of tricks for converting right-thinking conservatives into Republican leftists, John McCain has injected God, love, and compassion into the non-stop wrangling about amnesty for as many as 38 million illegal aliens.

During a recent debate in St. Petersburg, Florida, McCain said the following, in part:

"We need to sit down as Americans and recognize these are God's children as well. And they need some protection under the law; they need some of our love and compassion."

But so are bank robbers, murderers, rapists, and terrorists.

But illegal aliens are good hearted, hard working people with traditional family values, not bank robbers or terrorists, right?

To which I ask: How in the hell do you know what they are, since none have been subjected to criminal background checks?

Whether they number 12 or 20 or 38 million, the point is that there is a huge population of people from third-world nations who have invaded America and about whom we know nothing!

Advocating a path to citizenship for such people is stupidity at best, treason at worse.

Furthermore, since when did being one of God's children entitle anyone to ignore the borders and immigration laws of another nation? And to steal public services to which they are not entitled?

Despite John McCain's ineloquent attempt to exploit God, love and compassion, the fact is that illegal aliens are criminals who deserve to be prosecuted and deported.

A Reasonable Plan to End Illegal Invasions

Mr. President, Honorable Members of Congress:

Because our government has refused to secure America's borders and enforce our immigration laws, our nation is struggling to deal with as many as 38 million illegal aliens who have entered this great nation unlawfully.

Many are good-hearted, hard working folks, simply looking for a better life.

However, that description also applies to scores of millions of others throughout the world, just as eager, and just as deserving, for a chance at the American Dream.

But while America is overwhelmed with illegal aliens who have willfully violated our borders and laws, people in other parts of the world are ordered to stand in line, wait their turn, and do that which is required for legal immigration.

We tell such hopefuls that America operates in accordance with the rule of law, and that their immigration wishes must be handled fairly, according to law.

Many of those waiting in line are highly educated and well trained.

Unfortunately, the same can not be said for most illegal aliens currently in America.

Predominately from third-world Latin nations, they are typically non-English speaking, unskilled and poor. Such people impose extraordinary burdens on our all-ready stressed education, health care, and legal systems, and cost American taxpayers hundreds of billions each year.

In addition, while young American men and women are sent to serve in harm's way in Afghanistan and Iraq, our own borders remain unsecured, making America vulnerable to further terrorist attacks.

Failure to secure the home front during time of war can only be seen as a mockery of the American lives and treasury sacrificed to secure freedom in foreign lands 10,000 miles from home.

Americans are well aware of the fact that immigration is the subject of intense debate in the hallowed halls of congress. We also hear that some legislative proposals would actually forgive those who have broken into America in defiance of our borders and laws.

In Washington parlance, the euphemism is "Guest Worker" Program.

Guest worker is understood by everyone to be "amnesty," and is totally unacceptable to a large majority of the American people.

To reward those who are here illegally would only serve to invite another 30 million or so to invade, and would be an unmitigated outrage.

At some point, our government (you) must decide that America is a sovereign nation with borders and laws that really mean something.

Again: Guest worker is amnesty and is totally unacceptable.

A sensible approach to immigration reform should incorporate the ideas offered below:

Employers Must Be Forced to Follow the Law

Businesses that employ illegal aliens represent a major threat to U.S. homeland security and the war on terror. Such businesses must be punished to the full extent of the law, including severe criminal sanctions against management.

Deportations Essential

America can no longer tolerate a policy whereby the immigrant decides unilaterally to invade America---and gets away with it!

The U.S. government must have total control over who enters the nation, where they will reside, for what purpose authorized, and date by which that individual must leave.

No reform scenario should sanction illegals currently here. Intelligent reform should require that every illegal alien be deported.

Use Military Force to Secure Borders

Our borders must be secured by sufficient military troops and or national guardsmen authorized to use force (including lethal) as needed to prevent illegal entry into the U.S.

Temporary Work Permit (TWP)

A worker in a foreign nation wishing to APPLY for a TWP should be allowed to do so, PROVIDED he/she has not been in America unlawfully within the last five years.

Other conditions:

An American employer seeking services from a foreign worker should, in effect, sponsor the worker. That means assuring there is NO burden to the community by way of health care costs,
education, crime, and the like.

Employers may chose to form cooperatives to purchase health insurance at group rates. However, any and all costs of such coverage should be absorbed by employers, not taxpayers.

A TWP should authorize a term of not greater than 18 months, and pertain only to the worker.(A worker's family could cost U.S. taxpayers substantially for health care, educational and
legal services systems, thereby mitigating any benefit realized by employing the worker.)

No worker on a TWP must be allowed to parent an “anchor baby." Existing U.S. laws conferring citizenship on those born to illegal aliens must be changed, retroactively.

Criminal behavior of any sort, even a misdemeanor, should require immediate deportation of the worker.

All of the worker's income should be subject to tax withholding according to procedures administered by employers.

The worker should acknowledge, in writing, his/her understanding and agreement that the TWP has a limited, non-extendable term, and that it confers no other benefits such as driver’s license, social welfare, in-state tuition breaks, or citizenship.

Employers must assure that the worker leaves the U.S. before expiration of the TWP. Any violations should cause the employer to be severely punished.

The labor needs of American business can be satisfied without jeopardizing homeland security or the economic and cultural stability of the American people.

However, we must secure the borders permanently, force employers to obey the law, deport those here illegally, and stop making it so easy and attractive for illegal immigrants to invade America.

Any amnesty or "guest worker" proposal is NOT an acceptable alternative.

John McCain Campaigns for the Illegal Alien Vote!

So-called conservative John McCain has apparently decided that the GOP presidential nomination has been safely tucked away in his treasure chest, so that he can now move on to his larger objective: Namely, transforming the sole super power in the world into a third-world cesspool by granting amnesty to 38 million illegal aliens.

Speaking at a roundtable with business leaders in San Jose, California, the aging senator said that comprehensive immigration reform should be a top priority for the next president.

McCain's latest assault on conservatism came at a time when the administration of GW Bush, another so-called conservative, has stepped up the pace in conducting raids at meat processing plants and other enterprises notorious for undercutting American homeland security by hiring illiterate peasants in order to save a few pesos on labor costs.

The not-so-subtle message that McCain is sending to the illegal alien community is:

"Fret not, my little brown friends. Hang in there until I am installed in the Oval Office, and there will be no illegal alien problem because I will legalize 38 million of you with just the stroke of a pen!"

McCain's anti-law and order message is also a comfort to greedy business people who could care less about homeland security, if additional profits are at stake.

Bottom Line: John McCain is acting like a Democrat by working intently against law and order, especially when it comes to borders, language, and American sovereignty.

This man, John McCain, is neither a conservative nor a Republican: His candidacy must be rejected by anyone who genuinely cares about rule of law and America!

Good News: Illegal Aliens in Postville, Iowa Frightened!

There is great news on the war against third-world invaders: Recent raids in Postville, Iowa are causing high anxiety in illegal alien communities in this and surrounding towns.

The result is that macho men are being reduced to mush. “Brown Power” is turning yellow, as it were.

This great news may cause some of the cowardly criminals to retreat to that third-world cesspool otherwise known as Mexico.

With some luck, this news may also help by sending a stern message to would-be invaders still in Mexico: Namely, U.S. agencies are finally enforcing the law on this side of the border. Do not bother invading!

To all bleeding heart liberals on the wrong side of this issue, dispense with teary-eyed lamentations about the awful suffering endured by poor illegal invaders forced to live in fear and shadows.

Illegal aliens have no moral, legal or spiritual basis for being here and SHOULD live in constant, unmitigated dread and fear.

In fact, the more fear haunting their miserable lives, the better it is for real Americans! Just like fugitive bank robbers or other common criminals, illegal aliens should tremble every time the telephone rings, or someone raps on the door.

To right-thinking American patriots on the right side of this issue: Keep reporting illegal aliens to the authorities. Let’s keep illegals frightened!

To President Bush, all Democrats, and RINOs who claim that it is "impossible" to deport criminals:

Enforcement works! Illegal invasion can be solved if elected officials (YOU) will simply live up to your sworn duties: Defend America against all enemies foreign and domestic by securing our borders and enforcing U.S. laws!

Do just that, and the illegals here will leave and the illegal influx will stop!

America Is No Better Than Mexico, Right?

In my scholarly dissertations about Mexico, I often use terms like third-world sewer, cesspool, disaster, or other unflattering hyperbole to describe our southern neighbor.

Mexican apologists protest my language by claiming that Mexican culture is equal to American culture. Some allegedly educated folk even suggest that in some ways Mexico is superior to our great United States.

Can you imagine, Mexico superior to the US? Has a more absurd notion ever been advanced?

To those who are in love with Mexico, my question is:

If Mexico is so damn wonderful, why do scores of millions of Mexicans risk life and limb to escape that wretched state by invading America?

If Mexico has so much to offer, why not stay there? Or go back?

Fact is, Mexico is a third-world sewer, cesspool, and disaster that cannot feed, house, educate, or provide medical care for its own people.

That is wonderful?

The latest proof that Mexico is a disaster comes from an article written by Michael Webster, which states, in part:

"Mexico's National Security Cabinet is holding an emergency meeting and is expected to declare a state of emergency. They will also discuss President Felipe Caldron’s current strategies against the Mexican war on drug cartels. Analysts say they expect the death toll nation wide among the security forces to climb, because the traffickers, under assault both from the government and rival gangs, believe they have nothing to lose."

In addition, the United States has issued a travel advisory to alert travelers of the unsafe conditions in Mexico.

Yet, to some, Mexico is equal or better than America?

Those who hold that belief should do the honorable thing by moving to Mexico. And take a couple of thousand illegal aliens with you, please!

Above all else, be careful. Do not drink the water, and do not tangle with Mexican gangs and drug cartels!
