Why Not Driver's Licenses for Illegal Aliens?

When it comes to pushing really stupid ideas, California state Senator Gilbert Cedillo is the Everready Bunny of demented politics.

For years, Cedillo has worked tirelessly trying to get California to grant drivers' licenses to invading criminals, most of whom share Cedillo's Hispanic ethnicity.

Only once, during the term of Governor Gray Davis, did the Cedillo annual assault on common sense actually become law.

Even then, the new law was short-lived because California voters wisely decided that Gray Davis was lacking sufficient Grey Matter to run the state; Davis was recalled, and voters installed Arnold Schwarzenegger in his place.

The Terminator quickly terminated the Cedillo folly, and the rest is history.

But what if Cedillo was actually right? Perhaps illegal aliens do deserve driver's licenses and a whole lot more?

Come to think of it, perhaps American taxpayers should be forced to give every illegal alien:


* A 3,500 square foot home located on 160 acres, title free and clear, and with a permanent exemption from property taxes?

* Free education at the university of his or her choice, including room and board, tuition, books and class materials? With no need to pass entrance exams or prove academic worthiness?

* At least two new SUVs per household and more as needed to assure upward mobility for all family members?

* Lifetime medical and dental care, free of charge?

* Free food and clothing?

* The latest and most sophisticated computing equipment and software available, including high-speed Internet connections?

* A laptop for every illegal lap?

* An annual all-expenses paid 30-day vacation to Mexico, including round trip fare and $5,500 petty cash?

* A free path to citizenship, including all immigration fees and attorney costs?

And why not go all out to make illegal aliens really feel comfortable?

Why not redo the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights in Spanish, amended as appropriate to assure full protection of illegal aliens as the largest and most vulnerable group of victims in America?

Why not require that all business transacted in the House and Senate be in Spanish?

Why not make Cinco de Mayo a national holiday and drop Independence Day (July 4th) in order to keep spending in line?

Why not move Washington, D.C. to Tijuana, Mexico, which is, after all, a more appropriate venue for a House (and Senate) of ill repute?

Bottom Line: Why not just step aside and let Mexican invaders re-make America into Mexico north?

That may be the only way to stop the invasion, because once America has decayed to a third-world sister of Mexico, invaders will have no reason to come here.

At that happy day, it will be more cost effective for freeloaders and scam artists to simply stay squatted in Mexico!

Elitists Prefer Slave Labor Over Homeland Security

George W. Bush, for reasons known only to his therapist and pet snake, is intent on destroying America. Dubya's number one objective appears to be importing enough illegal aliens so that America itself will decay into a third-world cesspool akin to Mexico.

Regrettably,plans to destroy America are not just an obsession with George W. Bush. Indeed, all of the remaining candidates for president are at least as wrong minded on this issue as is our muddled president.

Of course liberals salivate at the prospect of 38 million new instant Democrats should amnesty be enacted.

Profit-driven corporations with little or no concern for U.S. homeland security, sovereignty, rule of law, and preservation of American language and culture, are also eager to legalize millions of people who will work for below-minimum wage and without benefits.

Of course, elitists like Bush, Hillary Clinton, John McCain, and Barack Obama and their cronies in big business can dismiss concerns about the "Mexicanization" of America because their families will be isolated from the devastation.

Elitists' children will attend private schools free from the hordes of non-English speaking invaders who impede the instruction of real American students.

Learners in the Obama family will be exposed to foreign languages, but it will more likely be French than guttural Mexican.

Elitists' homes will be in upscale residential areas where invaders cut lawns and scrub toilets. Having served their elitist clients, invaders return to barrio slums and tiny apartments shared by multiple families.

The lawns of estates in the Bush neighborhood will not be cluttered with a half-dozen broken down cars, tended to by beer guzzling criminals screaming obscenities in Mexican.

Elitists' churches and other places of worship will remain segregated by neighborhood and wealth. The only invaders Hillary Clinton is likely to encounter at her place of worship are janitors who dust the pews and clean the baptismal font.

In other words, to out-of-touch elitists like George Bush, greedy business people, and Democrats, the deterioration of America will be virtually invisible.

However, for what remains of America's middle and lower classes, the Mexicanization of America will mean an abrupt and bitter end to the American Dream.

Liberal spin-doctors will even try to sell the ruination of America as a good thing because, according to the socialist's pledge of allegiance, "Diversity is our greatest strength!"

What hope is there if elitists in power cannot or will not understand the stupidity of open borders and amnesty?

Perhaps a graphic, but simple, analogy might help.

Let's say you planned a grand birthday party to celebrate your daughter's 10th birthday.

Your daughter's favorite treat is Dryer's deluxe ice cream so you plan to serve that delicacy on the big day.

On the day of the party, a liberal nut case crashes the party and heads for the ice cream vat. The interloper decides that the ice cream, although the very finest in the entire world, is too plain and thus decides to "spice up" the eagerly anticipated dessert.

She does so by adding a several scoops of potting soil to the vat of rich and creamy Dryer's ice cream.

In so doing, the liberal has achieved the highly-coveted socialist goal of "diversity."

Unfortunately, she has also ruined a vat of priceless ice cream, and destroyed a dream day for a precocious ten-year old.

Elitists must not be allowed to ruin our great heritage and culture for cheap labor, cheap votes, or very costly socialist schemes that would end the American dream for hundreds of millions of citizens who deserve much better!

Notwithstanding the State of the Union Address delivered by President Bush on January 28, 2008, and responded to by Democrats on that same date, the American citizen identified below believes that the state of this blessed union is:

In grave peril and in danger of collapse!

Due to inappropriate actions and or inaction on the part of those entrusted with managing this great nation--that would be YOU, ladies and gentlemen--
the United States of America is on the brink of declining into a third-world abyss.

It is imperative that our government recognize the fact that the people are FED UP with the attempt by our own elected officials to undermine American sovereignty, homeland security, and culture.

In short, the people are:

FED UP with plans to merge the United States into a North American alliance with Canada and Mexico. Such a plan would destroy American sovereignty and is totally unacceptable.

FED UP with the refusal of the federal government to secure our borders at time of war.

FED UP when Mexicans illegally cross our borders and assault and or kill Americans, yet our government takes no action, and refuses to even protest.

FED UP when Americans defending the U.S. from drug smuggling illegal aliens are sent to federal prison, while invading criminals are to be forgiven via amnesty for violating our borders and laws.

FED UP with the fact that upwards of 38 million illegal aliens are currently in America, and cost taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars every year.

FED UP with a president who orders thousands of young Americans into harm's way thousands of miles from home, but who refuses to secure America.

FED UP with politicians who refuse to enforce immigration laws and who claim it is "impossible" to deport criminals here illegally.

FED UP with illegal aliens who can not and/or will not speak English.

FED UP with taxpayer dollars being wasted to print documents in foreign languages.

FED UP with illegal aliens who dump their medical bills on the backs of U.S. taxpayers, but who send $30-40 billion a year back to Mexico each year.

FED UP with the fact that providing free medical services to illegal aliens drives hospitals out of business, making those facilities unavailable to American citizens for whom the medical centers were intended.

FED UP with our schools being invaded by non-English speaking children who impede the learning process of students who genuinely belong here.

FED UP with the fact that federal, state, and local penal systems are overrun by illegal aliens, again costing taxpayers billions each year.

FED UP with the fact that, on average, illegal aliens kill 12 Americans every day.

FED UP with the fact that the overwhelming majority of felony crimes being investigated in Los Angeles have been committed by illegals from Mexico.

FED UP with politicians who refuse to round up and deport millions of illegal aliens who are destroying American culture and language.

FED UP with politicians, who pamper illegal aliens with driver's licenses and free public services, which encourage even more invaders to come to America.

FED UP with the attempted Mexicanization of America. Mexico is a third- world slum, and we are FED UP with those who want America to be like Mexico!

Finally, Mr. President and members of the U.S. Congress, the people are FED UP with those who consistently work on behalf of illegal aliens and the state of Mexico, and against the interests of the American people!

Required Corrective Measures:

In order to remedy the government-caused grievances identified above, the undersigned citizen further petitions the president and the Congress to implement the following measures, immediately:

(1) Legislate a Constitutional Amendment that specifically prohibits the president and Congress from merging the interests of the United States with those of Canada and Mexico in a North American Union, Security and Prosperity Partnership, or other arrangement which would diminish the absolute sovereignty and independence of the United States as presently constituted;

(2) Secure the borders between the United States and Mexico with sufficient military force to prevent the unlawful entry of any person(s) onto sovereign American soil;

(3) Suspend all applications for legal immigration until the population of illegal aliens in America is certified to be at least 85 percent less than the number of illegal aliens granted amnesty as a result of the Immigration Reform and Control Act(IRCA) of 1986;

(4) Amend the Constitution such that "Anchor Babies," children born to those here illegally, are classified as illegal aliens and not entitled to any benefits or advantages accruing to United States citizens, and are furthermore subject to deportation in the same manner as are adult illegal aliens;

(5) Enforce all existing immigration laws, including those pertaining to deportation of illegal aliens;

(6) Provide for the arrest and long-term incarceration of any employer who, through negligence or willful non-compliance, fails to assure that all persons hired by said employer have a legal right to work in the United States. Willful violations of IRCA provisions in this area shall be adjudicated as serious criminal acts involving homeland security;

(7) Enact new laws to make illegal entry and residency in the United States a felony, punishable by five years in federal prison and a $500,000 fine for a first conviction, followed by deportation to the nation of origin.

( Any subsequent conviction for illegal entry and or residency shall be punishable by immediate deportation, and permanent designation as an avowed enemy of the United States and, as such, unwelcome within the United States for any commercial, social, or familial purpose, excepting only when ordered by a law enforcement authority for the purpose of prosecution or punishment, and provided that said illegal alien shall be under arrest and under the control of law enforcement at all times;

(9) Prohibit disbursement of any and all federal funds to cities designated by local officials as "Sanctuary Cities" for illegal aliens;

(10) Designate English as the official language of the United States, and the only language to be used by local, state, and federal governments, including voting materials and ballots.

(11) Prohibit the expenditure of tax-payer money for creating, printing, publishing or otherwise producing any documents or materials in any language other than English.

Please do not underestimate the dissatisfaction and rage swelling in the hearts of patriotic Americans on this vital issue.

The state of this union is untenable and must not continue.

What Will America's Immigration Policy Look Like in 2050?

Addressing the issue of illegal aliens in a responsible and intelligent manner based on the interests and needs of all American citizens has been made all but impossible by Latinos who are more concerned with increasing the population of their race than they are in securing U.S. borders and enforcing the rule of law.

Regrettably, weak -kneed politicians like George W. Bush, John McCain, and all Democrats pander to the Latino voting block, even when to do so is not in the best interests of America.

This political surrender of America to third-world interests is likely to become an even greater threat in the future because experts are predicting a huge increase in the population of Hispanics over the next few decades, both from natural population growth and illegal invasions.

If those expert projections are realized, Hispanics may be a majority in several states like Texas, California, Arizona, and other border states, and may be a huge force throughout America.

Assuming that the "browning of America" comes to pass as forecast and that the United States remains a favorite destination for those wishing to relocate, one cannot help but wonder how the nation's policy with regard to illegal aliens might look in 2050.

For example, how would a Latino majority view illegal aliens if said invaders were not illiterate Latino peasants willing to work for next to nothing and without benefits?

What if the next 100 million illegal aliens come from China and India, and refuse to learn Spanish? What if those illegal aliens with Chinese and Indian surnames demand free education, health care, and other public services paid for by taxpayers?

What if hospitals serving Latino-Americans are shut down because they are forced to provide free medical care to illegal aliens who refuse to pay for medical care but who send scores of billions of dollars back to China and India each year?

Given the refusal of the Latino community to help prevent and reverse illegal migration from south of our borders, how will that community be able to argue with any moral conviction that hundreds of millions of Chinese and Indians should not be welcomed into America with open arms and wallets, even if they do come here illegally?

And what of the millions of people from Russia and other nations in the former Soviet Union who continue to suffer in poverty and disadvantage?

If America continues to pander to Latinos and abandons the rule of law, what would stop 30 or 40 million Ruskies from moving to California, Arizona, and Texas?

How would Latinos respond if a border town in Texas became inundated with illegal aliens from Russia, who demanded that their children be taught in their native tongue, and that ballots be printed in Russian?

Would the first Russian mayor be celebrated by Hispanics as a shining example of American diversity?

Would Hispanics who became citizens by virtue of amnesty be open to the same treatment for those who speak perfect Russian or Chinese, but not a word of Spanish?

Bottom Line: Would Latinos continue to advocate open borders and lax immigration controls when the invaders are not Hispanic?

Message To Felipe Calderon: Keep Mexico's Garbage In Mexico!

Mexican President Felipe Calderon is haunting the United States this week, and like his equally demented predecessor, Calderon is lecturing Americans about how illegal aliens from his nation-sewer are being mistreated.

Like Fox, Calderon argues that Americans should be grateful to have 38 million, mostly Mexican, illiterate peasants dumped in our laps, for U.S. taxpayers to educate, feed, house, and provide medical care for.

At only $100 billion a year, it's quite a bargain, right Felipe?

Calderon is also taking a page from the Fox Playbook by declaring that American resistance to the invasion from south of our borders is an obvious case of racism!

What both Fox and Calderon conveniently forget to note is that the illegal aliens coming here are doing so on their own--no one is forcing these third-world free loaders and scam artists to invade America!

Except, perhaps, the corrupt Mexican government!

Avoiding mistreatment of Mexican citizens in America is really quite simple,President Calderon.

Stop them from coming here to begin with and take back the 38 million already here!

Repeat: Keep your damn garbage in Mexico and it will not be treated like garbage in America!

America does not need or want your castoffs and losers!

Felipe Calderon, Vicente Fox, and all of the other corrupt thugs in the Mexican government must be forced to accept the following essential truths about America:


* In 1848, The Treaty of Guadeloupe Hidalgo was ratified by both the U.S. and Mexican Congresses. That Treaty ended any and all claims Mexico had to land now a part of the United States.

* Native American Indians were the original owners of the American southwest. Were there were any valid property rights claims concerning that land, such rights would belong to Native American Indians, not Mexicans.

* America is a sovereign nation, totally independent of Mexico. It has been that way for over 200 years. We intend to keep it that way.

* In America, Mexico is considered a foreign nation and Spanish is a foreign language.

* America operates according to the rule of law which applies to everyone. This is true whether one is brown, black, yellow, lily-white, red, or an exotic hybrid of lavender and green.

* Being hard-working and good hearted is commendable. But those qualities do NOT entitle anyone to enter America illegally.

* Bilingualism is cool--provided one of the languages is English. Literacy in only Mexican and Spanish es no bueno in America.

* Celebrating ones cultural heritage is perfectly fine--as long as it does not interfere with prompt and complete assimilation into American culture.

* Driving while loaded or drunk may be "macho" in Mexico. But in America, driving under the influence is considered stupid and criminal and is not tolerated, regardless of ones country of origin or cultural heritage.

* People here illegally are criminals, and as such, are most unwelcome. American citizens will fight to have such miscreants deported, regardless of whether or not families are involved. Illegal is illegal, family or not.

* Demanding that our borders be secured and that the law be enforced is the right of all American citizens and doing so does not make any one a racist or bigot.

* U.S. immigration laws exist to protect American citizens and others that are here legally, not to facilitate a foreigner's pursuit of a better life.

* Those who come to America must adjust to our culture and traditions. We have no obligation or desire to change in deference to foreign newcomers,and

* Brown may be beautiful in Mexico. But in America, we are partial to colors that symbolize freedom under the rule of law. That would be Red, White and Blue.

Take note of this list Messrs. Calderon and Fox. Share it with other Mexicans considering an invasion north.

Passing it on may cause them to reconsider, and that would be a good thing!

Day Laborer Centers: Day Care for Mexico!

In yet another surrender to Mexican banditos intent on conquering America with leaf blowers & toilet bowl scrubbers, many American cities are erecting "Day Laborer" centers for illegal immigrants.

Built and managed with taxpayer money, these monuments to political cowardliness and stupidity provide safe havens for illegals to congregate as they while away the hours until a capitalist American pig, probably an angry white male, saves the day with eight hours of the American Dream at $5.00 an hour.

In truth, these centers are little more than "Day Care" for Mexican peasants dumped on the U.S. side of the border by the Mexican government for American taxpayers to educate, provide medical for, feed, and house.

Still, the centers do succeed in sprucing up Main Street by removing unsightly gatherings of the unwashed to isolated, remote locations. Moreover, PC tolerance scores a huge win because illegals are able to urinate (and worse), harass females with crude, vulgar language, and otherwise express their third world “culture” with gusto & impunity in a public setting.

Cynical conservatives must never forget the new pledge of allegiance to socialism being pushed by the left in America to justify illegal immigration. Namely, “Our diversity is our greatest strength!”

Keep that in mind next time some drunken illegal alien swears at you in Spanish and pees on your shoes!

Scooter Libby Could Have Gotten a Much Better Deal!

Within hours after a federal appeals court refused to allow Scooter to remain free pending the appeal of his perjury conviction, President Bush rushed forward to commute the jail sentence of the former aid to Vice President Cheney.

Although Bush kept Scooter from spending the 4th of July in the slammer, the president let stand Libby's felony conviction, the $250,000 fine, and a two-year probation period.

Most distressing, of course, is the felony conviction.

That means that, in order to vote, Scooter will have to register as a Democrat, America's "big tent" party for the deceased, those here illegally, and felons.

Howard Dean calls it "inclusive politics," however; federal and state authorities classify it as voter fraud.

Raising $250,000 should be relatively easy.

All Libby needs to do is contact a liberal publisher (aren't they ALL?) and mention that he would like to write an expose about Dick Cheney from an "insider's" perspective.

You know, reveal dirty little secrets about Cheney's wonky heart (he doesn't actually have one!). The truth about shooting that lawyer in Texas (it was NOT an accident!).

How W wanted Cheney's daughter Mary to abort her pregnancy until the president learned that the father was an illegal alien from Mexico who needed an "anchor baby" to avoid deportation!

On and on. Make the manuscript crude enough, Scooter, and you could be on the New York Times Best Seller List before summer's end.

Even better still: Announce that you are going to include a chapter or so about the personal life of W, and you might see a full blown pardon coming your way before you get around to firing up your word processor!

In reality, Scooter Libby could have avoided prison and made a small fortune if he had played his cards differently.

Next time, Scooter, follow this strategery.

To begin with, right after your conviction, change your name to Jose` Libbernandez and assume a Spanish accent. A fake ID, including Social Security number and drivers license, can be purchased directly from Ted Kennedy out of his office on Capitol Hill.

Next, scurry down to Mexico and secure a respectable amount of marijuana, cocaine, and heroine, and steal across the border into the U.S. at a location where you are most likely to be spotted by Border Patrol agents.

When spotted by Border Patrol, make a U-turn and started running back towards Mexico.

At that point, because they are racist pigs, the Border Patrol will chase you and most probably shoot you in the butt.

Do not panic: Your ship has finally come in!

After the Border Patrol has arrested you, Jose` Libbernandez, you will be allowed one call.

Use this call wisely by contacting the nearest ACLU office, and tell them you are an illegal alien who has been shot in the ass by the Border Patrol on the American side of the border.

Be sure to mention that you were shot while smuggling drugs into the U.S.

Within 10 minutes or so, an ACLU lawyer will arrive at your cell to greet and comfort you. He or she will immediately begin working on your behalf, and will text message Homeland Security guru Michael Chertoff to inform him of your plight.

Before you are actually booked, the Chertoff goons, in concert with the ACLU, will have bailed you out of jail and arrested all of the offending Border Patrol agents to take your place.

You will then be granted immunity from any and all crimes in exchange for your testimony against the criminals, those punks who until two hours ago were Border Patrol agents.

Early next morning, your ACLU lawyer will visit you in your executive suite at the finest hotel in town (paid for by the DOJ) and get you to sign documents needed to sue the former Border Patrol agents, the U.S. government, and all conservative radio talk show hosts and columnists.

Provided the ACLU can find the right leftist judge and a rigged jury, you could be rewarded for your troubles with a five million-dollar judgment!

That is nearly what you would have hauled in by selling all those drugs, Scooter!

What's that, Scooter? You are worried that you might be turned over to American authorities and prosecuted?

Forget it!

Remember, you are Jose` Libbernandez, a good hearted, hard working peasant who just came here to do work that Americans will not do! You are now part of a protected class, a man to who rule of law does not apply.

Why Does John McCain Hate the Rule of Law?

John McCain still does not get it on illegal aliens. In fact, he is not even close.

Rather than accepting the will of the people and committing to the rule of law, McCain continues his obstinate fight on behalf of illegal aliens, at the expense of the American people.

McCain's pandering to illegals hit a new low in November when the senator searched every nook and cranny for a viable excuse with which to oppose mass deportations.

The best he could come up with was a specious argument based on a hypothetical crook and granny.

Speaking in Clemson, South Carolina, McCain responded to a question posed by a student by saying:

“If you’re prepared to send an 80-year-old grandmother who’s been here 70 years back to some country, then, frankly you’re not quite as compassionate as maybe I am,” McCain said.

With all due respect to Senator McCain and his alleged compassion, his hypothetical begs the following question: If his illegal alien granny has been in the U.S. for 70 years, why in the bloody hell did she not take advantage of the amnesty act of 1986?

Too lazy and or stupid? Unable to speak, read or understand English? All of the above?

The point is that America has been invaded by as many as 38 million illegal aliens since 1986. And since 9/11, the nation has been at war.

Especially during time of war, our borders must be secured and those here illegally must be hunted down and forced to leave.

If, while bolstering America's homeland security, an occasional 80-year-old granny here illegally is forced to return to her nation of birth, so be it!

Worrying about such situations should not concern elected officials who have a constitutional responsibility to enforce the law and defend the interests of the American people.

By the way, how about some compassion for American citizens for a change, senator?
